Just as we expected. Very comfortable. The bed is a bit firm. Seeing that it was Fall, we walked almost everywhere. I did have to clean the heater filters, but that was no big deal. The hosts were great.

I was staying in Prescott for a trail race that started downtown. The cottage suite with all its amenities was an ideal base for preparing for the race and then celebrating afterward on Whiskey Row 🍻

The property was farther from downtown than expected. Unfortunately while we were there the air quality was really bad from the fire not far from where we were staying, so no long walks.

This place is darling. In historical area. Close to town. Walkable to Whiskey row and restaurants. Owners very helpful and pleasant. Willing to assist with questions or concerns. Made sure I had what I needed. Place was clean and comfortable. communication great. Hate to say anything else good, because I want it available when I return. lol Enjoy!! This unit was quaint, cozy, clean and a great price! I did not realize it was 2 separate units in one home, but that was not a problem. No noise issues or crowding from guests in the other unit, and plenty of room outside to sit separately if wanted. Location was excellent! Easy short walk to square for great eats and drinks and entertainment. Bed was super comfortable and all details were well thought out. The only negative was no coffee or filters. I bought some filters, used 2, and left the rest. Not a deal breaker though! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We love to stay on Union because of the proximity to the courthouse as well as many restaurants. We walked every where, sometimes chalking up more than 5 miles in a day. The view from the top of Washington Street is truly spectacular...you can see Senator Highway, Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain all from one spot. We actually live in the Prescott area but there's nothing like a staycation in downtown Prescott!

Great place to stay. Always the best to stay in a home like atmosphere and this one being in the historic area made it even better. It was nice to be close enough to walk around the charming downtown.

This rental was a nice comfy Cottage near the town square. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Very charming. We will keep this unit in mind for future trips to Prescott.

This unit is a fantastic location if you’re looking to spend the majority of your time downtown. Water in the fridge and some snacks were much appreciated. One thing to be mindful of when booking, the bed is true memory foam and you sink into it. Very difficult to roll over and get comfortable if you’re anything but a back sleeper.

Perfect one-bedroom just steps from downtown. Owners are kind and have put a lot of care into this reasonably priced property.

Great place for a quiet getaway.

The house had a fantastic location. Although built in 1897 it was in great shape with a beautiful interior. Fantastic bed, heater worked well but more in the front room. Not a bother to me at all as I like the bedroom to be a little cooler anyway. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Super cute place, close to whiskey row. Only recommendation I have is more comfortable bed . Other than that our stay was amazing.

Susan and Randi provide a great clean stay. Loved the snacks provided upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. Cottage was just as described and I would stay again.

We came from New Mexico to celebrate Christmas early with family who live here. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. There was ample, off-street parking, and the Row was in easy walking distance. Our accommodations were clean, bright, comfortable and nicely decorative. There was everything we needed plus drinks and snacks! We stayed 3 nights with no surprises. I’ll definitely stay here many more times.

This is a super cute, well appointed unit. It's clean, modern, and has almost everything you could ask for. We could not get in when we arrived, but the owners got us in real quick and were very nice. There are two things that you should be aware of when considering renting this unit in winter though. The first is that there is no heat in the bedroom; the only heat source is in the living room, which is two rooms away from the bedroom. The unit is fully capable of warming the bedroom, but the living room (where the pull out bed is) has to be really hot and the bathroom that is through the bedroom is freezing. The tiles are cold, the toilet is cold, etc. Also, you can't close the bedroom door. Also, we went back and forth from being really cold to too hot during the night. There were only two of us so that wasn't too big of a big deal, but if you have four people and want privacy when it's cold, you will be very cold in the bedroom. They have separate A/C units in both rooms, so summer would be fine, but winter, doesn't work so great. I would recommend swapping out the bedroom window A/C unit with one that does heat as well and the problem would be solved. The other thing I could not tell from the listing is that this cottage actually has two units. It's basically a cottage split right down the middle into two sides. The only issue with that is that you can hear the people next door. The other unit was empty for most of our stay, so it wasn't a big deal, but if you don't want to share a wall with someone, be aware. All that said, we really like it and it was great with the exception of the heat issue, but I would not not rent this again because of it. Just something to be aware of to make an informed decision.

This is a great location if you want to get into downtown Prescott a lot! Its situated on a quiet street, so easy to sleep, but a block or two away from a lot of cute, fun shops and restaurants. The place itself is also very clean, which I loved. My husband and I stayed for four days and really enjoyed it; would recommend this location!

Great set up..great location Wish they had a washer n dryer..but there's a laundromat down the street.

Great location, clean, modern decorations. Water and coffee and snacks left for us. The owners were super easy to deal with.

Place was a 5 min walk from all the activities.Clean, quiet.Owners were very nice.checked on us to see if we needed anything.And gave us flowers and a card for our anniversary.Nice suprise.

Property is located within east walk to town plaza and the heart of Prescott. Hosts were very accommodating and very responsive to our request, older historic home nicely updated and very comfortable

Lovely old cottage, well maintained, beautiful historic neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to the square. Perfect for us.
