2/2.5 Condo Unit, Direct Gulffront views - Wrap-around balconies
Osprey Point at Gulfpointe II is a wonderful vacation property that boasts 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and Vaca Cut, an inlet that joins the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean as well as a view down the boat/fishing dock. The activities in the area are countless, from relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, off-shore fishing or fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool or swimming with the dolphin at the Dolphin Research Center or Theater of the Sea and on and on. On site we have a large L-shaped heated swimming pool that was resurfaced in 2017. We have a fishing dock and boat slips and beautiful, lush landscaping. We have a storage unit in the parking area that holds a couple of folding chairs, beach chairs, floats and a cooler for your enjoyment. Fishing rods and pool towels are located within the unit.
The condo unit is a 1,400 square-foot townhouse that offers 59 lineal feet of parking at ground-level. The main living, dining, kitchen and a half-bath are located on the second level. The main living area as well as the master bedroom has a wrap-around balcony with views of Vaca Cut, the Gulf of Mexico, and the dock/fishing pier. The third level has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath and an over-sized guest bedroom that has two queen-size beds and an adjacent full bath. The guest bedroom has a window with a view of the Gulf and the boat dock. The layout of the unit is very open and functional and utilizes every bit of space.

The location and views are amazing. The place was clean and newer inside. Fishing was amazing we caught everything including a hammerhead shark and even had a spotted eagle rat come and visit us! The pool is fun and clean. We love Gulfpointe and Osprey Pointe!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The highlight was the view of the water and fishing from the dock. We didn’t have to leave the property to have fun - we counted 17 species of fish caught by our family and the neighbors!
Overall the house was clean. The rental agency left a nice little cooler with starter items like sponge, dish detergent etc - which was greatly appreciated. The only small issue was that the dishwasher didn’t work - but it wasn’t a big deal for us; we just washed by hand. However, the owner heard this from a neighbor and kindly called the agency on our behalf.
We definitely would come back in the future.

Just left Osprey Point after a wonderful 1 week stay. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The view from our bedroom and living room decks can’t be beat.
Delighted to arrive to a welcome cooler with can coozies, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, etc. I’m always delighted when the basics are provided - seasonings, hand soap, tp, paper towels. Nice thick bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys.
Close enough to beaches, dining, grocery, water activities, yet secluded, quiet and peaceful. It would be absolutely perfect it it was on a nice sandy beach but we knew that going in. Regardless Coco Plum and sombrero beach were just down the road.
Definitely recommend.
