Guest Access:

Private condo: a two-level condo with no neighbors above or below. Unit #112 has designated covered parking under the condo and is large enough for two vehicles. Cars and trucks must fit under the unit, they cannot stick out.



The Neighborhood:

Gulfpointe 2 is built around its waterfront amenities, starting with a private boat dock offering 8 slips on a first-come, first-served basis — and the fishing right off that dock is excellent in its own right. Guests also have access to a bait freezer, a gear locker, and a fish cleaning station, so your catch goes straight from the water to your plate, and you can enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table, where the waterfront setting beats any restaurant view.

A community pool is just steps from the unit and stays heated through the winter months, making it an option year-round. And while you're only minutes from Route 1, the pace here feels like a world away from it.

**PLEASE NOTE: The boat slips are first come, first serve. The maximum length for boats at 30 feet and the maximum beam height of 12 feet. There is 59 linear feet from beginning to end of covered parking under the building for boat trailers and vehicles. If over 59' you will need to make arrangements for offsite trailer parking prior to arrival. Please call the neighboring church at 305-407-0149 for details.**
