Parking under the condo is 40ft long and just shy of 8ft tall. All vehicles and trailers must fit in the assigned parking – there are no guest/overnight parking in the complex. No rvs or motorhomes. 

Dockage available at first come first serve. 

Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock.
