The George sets itself apart from anything currently available in the market. Here are just a few of the highlighted amenities that our micro-resort provides. Please note: There is a 2.5% credit card processing fee applied to all credit card transactions. - 2500 SF Outdoor Patio Featuring a Fire-pit, Bocce Ball, BBQ, and Bar Spacious - 20-Person Indoor Dining and Conference Area Equipped with a Rollout TV - 16-Person Outdoor Dining Patio with a Cozy Fireplace - Private Heated Pool with a Serene Waterfall and Additional Fire-pit - Two State-of-the-Art Gourmet Kitchens - Game Room Offering Ping Pong, Arcade Games, Foosball, and More Property Layout: The George has a three-story main house and a single-story guest house. Main house Ground level: Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite full bath Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, ensuite full bath Second level: One shared full bathroom in hallway. Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: Two king beds Third level: Bedroom 5: Primary suite - King bed, ensuite full bath. This bedroom makes up the entire third story with its own laundry room. Guest house Two shared full bathrooms in hallway. Bedroom 6: Queen bunk beds Bedroom 7: King bed Bedroom 8: King bed Bedroom 9: Living room - queen pullout sofa CHECK-IN We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours. LOCATION The George is located in Old Town Scottsdale, within minutes of the best nightlife, bars, shopping, and restaurants. It's also just a few minutes from Scottsdale's premier luxury shopping complex, Fashion Square Mall. CONCIERGE Please contact us about concierge services, such as private chefs, grocery stocking, itinerary planning, and more! GUEST VERIFICATION We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process. PETS We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max. POOL HEAT Pool heat is $250 per day. PARTIES AND EVENTS Parties and events are not allowed. SECURITY The home has one interior camera located near the front door, pointed directly and only at the glass front door. There are also exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner. The neighborhood is constantly striving to be the best destination for entertainment, dining, and staying. As a result, there is construction going on in the area surrounding The George. The construction work begins in the morning and concludes by late afternoon for the day. To ensure that the noise does not disturb your sleep, we provide earplugs. Could not have asked for a better home! Gorgeous decor, spacious, contemporary design/layout, attention to details and set up for the perfect vacation! The management team was professional, responsive and accommodating! Will definitely vacation at this property again (ideal location as well).

The Property is one of a kind from artistic settings to modern furniture all throughout the house. The host was very kind and responsive and absolutely was amazing to book through. Kat and Kelsey were great communicators. They were very responsive and proactive. The house itself has amazing amounts of space. We had a group of 45 people in Scottsdale. Most were staying at a hotel nearby, but we would gather as a large group in the kitchen/living/den space (whole team) as well as hold breakout sessions throughout the house. There is a great game room that opens into the courtyard. There is a nice little guest house as well with its own kitchen and living room. The experience was great and we might just repeat the whole thing next year (instead of alternating cities like we normally do)!

Amazing property. Perfect location. It was a great venue for our work meetings. All of the rooms are all spaced nicely so that everyone has their privacy. The common areas are spacious and very comfortable. Additionally, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely rent this property in the future. You will not be disappointed.

As advertised, the house was incredible. Amazing location, smack in the middle of old town. The owner of the property is a great guy and is very responsive. If you have a big group and want easy access to all the bars and restaurants, look know further.

This property ended up being more than perfect for what we needed! We were there with 7 women from our company's leadership team and there was so much space that we were all able to spread out. Everything was super clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was great as well! We will definitley be returning for our next meeting in a year.

I have spent a lot of time traveling the US and have stayed at many amazing vacation rentals. I have to say that this property was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. We didn't use every room but it was like our very own hotel. I was able to host 16 top executives for an amazing chef lunchin and then presented our concept to the group. We then all hung out by the small but very cool heated pool. Few hours later we met back at the property, had drinks then walked to dinner. I will 100% be back for a longer stay. Thanks Jonathan for your hospitality.
