Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the entryway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 44-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Bedroom 2 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features a King-sized Bed, 41-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, 41-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The property is what you see and what is in the reviews. 9 out of 10 for cleanliness. Great kitchen, family room, arcade, and of course the pool. Listen, I get it that it’s late December and the water is going to be a bit chilly but we just wish the hot tub at least above like luke warm. Aside from that it was great and the hosts and property managers were excellent. The last day we inquired about staying an additional day and they didn’t get back to us until a few hours after we had left. It’s all good. One last thing. We were a small quiet family but the neighbors clearly don’t like that this house is a rental. I said hello to a few neighbors and they turned and walked away or gave me a dirty look. Again, the house and yard were great!

The home was exactly as the photos depicted. The neighborhood was in a great location and very well maintained surrounding homes and quiet. The property management company was absolutely over the top with service and trouble shooting and were always available. The checkin process was seamless as well as the check out process. This home is very clean and well acquainted with everything you needed to feel as if you were at home in your own home. We will definitely will stay here again!

We had an incredible stay! The host was super responsive and quick to communicate with our needs and questions. The house is well stocked, and the backyard is very lovely! The pool and shaded dining area were the highlight for us.
