Located in West Columbia, this lovely house for $186 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: Welcome to the Indie Rancher! Our 3bed, 2bath home can sleep up to 10 people in our 6 beds and queen sleeper sofa! Whether you're in town for work or play, we're perfectly located for everything in Columbia. You're surrounded by family friendly restaurants and breweries,5 mins away from Downtown Columbia where you can explore attractions, shopping and restaurants,10 mins from the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, or explore the great outdoors at the Sesquicentennial State park which is only 30 mins away! The Space: Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital code to unlock the door. Once inside, the den and dining room will be on your left. Here, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa and comfy chairs which are perfect to kick and relax in while you watch your favorite shows on the large SmartTv! The hallway on the right of the entry will take you to the kitchen and sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to make your favorite home-cooked meal! The first bedroom has two sets of twin trundle beds. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The last bedroom down the hallway is the master bedroom with a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. There is an outdoor dining set and grill in the backyard which are perfect to enjoy the crisp night air! Feel free to utilize the tennis courts and baseball field all with in walking distance! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home The Neighborhood: Our home is located in West Columbia. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Unfortunately, past guests have considered my yard as their personal parking lot. Parking in our yard or in our grass is not allowed. Please keep vehicles in their designated parking areas. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. Please do NOT park in our actual yard. Previous guests have caused damage to my home from parking in my grass. Please keep cars in their designated parking areas. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay

Our stay included 3, 50+ yo friends for a college reunion. Our events were just over the river in the Vista. The front door is a combination lock which allows for independent movement. Big yard that we didn’t use as it was chilly. All the kitchen basics were available. After our main event, we had a total of about 10 friends come over to hang and chat. The layout of the living room is well suited for socializing. The beds were comfortable.

Roomy, ac worked great against the summer heat, bed really comfortable. Great location. Would like to see the yard fenced in but would definitely book and stay again without it.

The place is not super big but it's homey - the backyard is amazing. I had my family and us in South Carolina, 7 of us and this place is perfect! My brother graduated from basic training at Fort Jackson and this place is roughly about 20 - 25 mins away. Everything else is nearby. House is off the main road by a little. Nowhere we went was more than a 30-minute drive!! Owners are nice, and checked up via text on occasion to make sure everything was going well. Appreciate the hospitality!

Overall the house was very cute. The hardwood floors were beautiful! This is an older home, the remodeling of the house was started, bedrooms were fine, the bathrooms still needs updating and the refrigerator needs to be replaced.
