Situated in Eau Claire, this lovely house for $80 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: * Comfortable Beds! * Lots of pillow options. * One walk-in closet! * 32 inch smart TV in each bedroom * Custom fit shades to offer increased darkness * Fan! * Walking distance to downtown Eau Claire * Walk to Phoenix Park that sits along the Chippewa River * Peaceful Breakfast nook * Living room offers a large sectional with a 55 INCH SMART TV! * FULLY STOCKED kitchen down to a personal sized AIR FRYER! * Stackable washer and dryer YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! The Space: Putnam Place sits on a quiet street up the hill walkable distance from the the fantastic downtown area and Chippewa River! You can enter from the attached garage in the back that can be accessed from the back alley or from the front door located on Putnam. This property is fully stocked so you literally only need to bring your personal items to begin your stay here. I understand the need for quality sleep and that is why the beds are super comfy and there are A LOT of different pillow styles to choose from. The decor is stylish yet homey so it won't take you long to make this your home away from home!! Guest Access: Feel free to park in the attached garage located in the back of the house which can be located from the alley behind Putnam. Otherwise there is on street parking. In order to venture around Eau Claire the options are abundant meaning by cab, bus, Uber, and/or Lyft. Otherwise a short walk takes you downtown where there are some of the best shops, restaurants and bars Eau Claire has to offer! Phoenix Park is right down the hill as well and boasts my favorite farmer's market. This park runs along the Chippewa River and offers a variety of activities throughout the year! The Neighborhood: The heart of Eau Claire is nestled right along the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers. This area is full of all kinds of art, hip bars and restaurants, live music galore and possibly the friendliest, most alternative cast of characters you may ever meet. Getting Around: Lots of options for transportation including Lyft, Uber and Taxi service Other Things to Note: I am committed to your satisfaction during your stay!

Great option to hotel for girls weekend. House was cute, clean and everything in the house looked brand new. Beds were comfortable and space perfect for a group of four. Spent the day exploring the area and surprisingly ended up at the Hilltop neighborhood bar a block away both nights and had a great time. Would stay here again if in Eau Claire.

Nice little place in older part of Eau Claire. Close to entertainment, restaurants, and a new park/playground a few blocks north. Place was nice and clean, with everything one could need for a short stay. Took advantage of the coffee each morning. :-) SmartTV allowed us to access Netflix and Disney+ accounts for mom and dad to watch movies and the toddler to get his Mickey Mouse fix. WiFi speed was plenty for remote work. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were not cramped for two tall adults. Smaller bedroom fit the blowup mattress for the toddler and all his stuff. Neighborhood was quiet, nice for after dinner walks and relaxing on the front patio bench. Will definitely stay here again when return to visit family!

Perfect property in a great location!
This was a great property for my son and I for a 3 night stay in Eau Claire. The house is like new, very cute décor and well appointed with everything you might need. I especially appreciated the extra fans in the bedroom as I like to sleep with one on. The owners were very helpful in recommending things and the communication was quick and easy! I highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering this area! Thank you for everything!
