Great location. Near the beach, the old town and the shops. Modern, spacious, bright apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice lounge area. Well equipped kitchen. We were met by the host and shown everything we needed to know for our stay.
Some work was being done in the lobby to resurface the marble staircase so there was some plaster dust but this work is finishing soon and would not be an ongoing concern and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location- easy walking to everything
Demolition of apartment above - noisy & messy during the day but quiet at night. Balcony of one bedroom was blocked by construction tower and it was dusty/dirty
