We do a company retreat every year. This year we rented 2 homes in Sunriver. It was fantastic! It felt remote, yet close enough to town that we had many activities available for everyone. The house I stayed in was very well laid out. Tons of privacy for those that wanted it and a huge family room/kitchen/dining room that we could all gather in. 10/10 would rent this home again.

Stay away from this rental and the Vacasa property management. We rented specifically for AC and the bedrooms, but AC wasn't working for the entirety of our stay and temps were in the high 80s and 90s. It doesnt help this house is west facing, so it was unusuable from basically the afternoon to sundown. Property management brought these little bedroom portable cooling AC units that did nothing to cool down the big living room. The house was not clean and the bedcovers had fur all over it. Furballs also under alll the beds. Cabinets are in disrepair. So disappointed by this experience especially since I had elderly grandparents with us. Property Mgmt & Homeowner offered a slap in the face refund amount and it was pretty disrespectful given the market refund for no AC in a hot climate is 50%.

Place was just amazing. Perfect for several families to share or just your own family with a lot of space. Close to the river. We had a wonderful time.

Great floor plan plenty of beds and bathrooms also like the large laundry room and extra refer too ! Would definitely rent this home again

We have always enjoyed the circle 5 area. Access to the trails was perfect and nothing seemed too far away. The house is open and bright! Plenty of room for everyone to be together for meals and games then retreat to their own space if needed. The large gargage and laundry room provide ample space for bikes/toys and drying area for towels and swim suits. We very much appreciate that the owners still carry the SHARC passes, it was a deciding factor.

Amazing aspen was great. The only suggestion is that you add more carving boards to the kitchen. We're a family of cooks! And like other reviews I've seen, it would have been nce if bicyclies were available on the property.

The home fit our large group perfectly. Would have been nice to have bicycles included with this high $$$ rental. The split levels & were hard to manage for one of our elderly family members, but for the rest it was very spacious & accommodating.

We enjoyed a great stay at Amazing Aspen. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen items we needed. The Hot Tub was great and it the great room and large dining table worked out great. The only thing keeping us from 5 stars is that the bathrooms needed updating and it would have been nice to have some bikes to use.
