NEW on VRBO - Live among the mansions in this stylish townhome that is conveniently located just 1 block from the Bellevue Ave Mansions and 3 blocks to the Breakers and Cliff Walk. This is a quieter part of town with about an 8 min walk to Thames street. Bailey's beach is about 3/4 mile away. The townhome has just recently updated with all new furnishings.
This townhouse is located in a very nice neighborhood. You have full private access to the entire townhome unit which consists of 3BR, 1BA, living room, kitchen with eat in dining. In addition there is a reading nook located on the third floor. The bedrooms and bath are located on the second floor. All interior pics show the rooms. All furnishings are stylish and new. There is 1 off street parking space. A second car can be parked on the street.
The townhome is best geared toward quiet/low key guests. House rules include no smoking of any kind in or on premises, no pets, not parties/gatherings for security reasons, no loud noises (music, yelling, etc.), no extra guests beyond those stated at time of booking, minimum age of 30 for booking. We spent a lovely weekend in Newport at this house. It was large and clean and conveniently located close to the downtown and the mansions!
