Velke zklamani. Spatna postel, zapach odpadu vychazejici z koupelny. Hotel si 4* nezaslouzi.

Hardly enjoyable due to noisy neighbours and non existent sound insulation of the rooms.

The room was nice and clean.

Sound isolation of the rooms is non existent (so loud TV in the room next door at 1:30 am means you don't sleep). AC makes sound like if being filled up with water. Unfortunately the windows don't open and some strongly perfumed detergent is used during cleaning.

View from the 7th floor was impressive. Breakfast was average. Location good, easy acces the old town.

We stayed at the hotel for a day as we attended a concert.

The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is really great

Okay location and very tasty breakfast. Hotel room very clean.

The lobby (non existent) and reception don’t really look like in a 4 star hotel. Some staff nice some not so much. I stayed multiple times for a business trip so it was overally ok, but if I’d book it for personal trip, I’d say it’s a tad overpriced for what it has to offer.

The facility is clean, modern looking and stylish. Hotel restaurant looks nice. Fabulous view of the window (whole one wall is a window in fact). All the staff were very friendly. Close to the tram/bus stop.

I am a tall woman and the blanket was too short for me so I was a bit cold. The hotel is adjacent to a music club of the same name so if you stay over the weekend, expect some noise. Fair enough, we were informed about it in advance and received ear plugs but still, even on the 7th floor you could hear the beats.

Go for it but sleep on the side

Almost everything was spot on. Clean, fresh, parking. And food was fenomenal same as staff.

Well almost everything was spot on... if you are taller (like me 203cm) and you sleep on your back then your feet would be outside of bed.

It’s a good hotel, but it has some minor issues.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty, it was overall a pretty good experience.

It was really cold in the room, the blankets were not warm and the ac was not working properly. It was also quite far away from the tram/bus stop. Even though we had “do not disturb” sigh on the room, the staff tried to get into our room.

Nice location, very clean room.

Terrible parking, very narrow entrance and had issues with ticket detector. Room did not look exactly like on the photo.

Good price/quality

Good price/quality hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and good facilities.

The location is a bit far from the historic center. However, there is direct tram nearby, so not a big problem. Unfortunately, they were really strict about the check-in time. Although I arrived only one hour before the check-in time, they did not even want to check whether my room was already available (just a minor inconvenience of course).

staff were friendly. the parking was safe and secure. the food for the morning was decent. bed was very confortable.

we were lucky there was not concert in the concert hall because the walls for the rooms are paper thin. there was no desks in the two rooms we had. AC can be regulated only by the reception. the bathroom had some mold which seems like the hotel management tried to remove but traces are still there. the rooms were small and stragely cut. I even requested a baby bed, but there was no trace of it. actually there was no space to put it in the room. in general it was not bad but honestly for the money i found it too much.

Don't stay here if you don't party until 4am.

Breakfast was OK, View is nice

Loud Club Music until 4am, for 3 days in a Row - the bass is so loud you even hear it with ear plugs provided. On top of that the walls are so thin that you can listen to every conversation of your neighbors. The distance to the old town is about 25min walking which makes it not an ideal avhotel to stay at for tourists either.
