Clean, comfortable, decent size bathroom, kitchen area good with all required utensils.
Location is close to tram stations, offering easy access to transport.
Public parking is across the street (and it was free in the weekend).
At least in our room, the windows were facing the inner courtyard so it was quiet and we heard no traffic and no trams whatsoever.
Wi-fi was of good speed, and did not have interruptions.
We could pay in euros cash with a correct exchange rate.

Sadly the public parking spaces are about the size of Kaufland ones and are perpendicular to the road, so if you have a 4.8-5 meter car it will be a problem as you have to unload the baggages either on the bicycle lane or in front of a speeding trolleybus.

The location is easy to find, there was plenty of parking space, the staff was very welcoming, there is everything you need in the room, we were particularly happy to see beer in the mini bar
It’s clean and tidy, there is AC, the beds are comfy
It would be nice to also have some snacks in the mini bar and to be able to have breakfast later then 9am
