Amazing place!

The location is perfect and the room was very comfortable.

It is not very well isolated and during the night you could hear people partying and screaming outside.

Alles Gut, bis auf die störende Klima- Heizungsventilation.

Zimmer sehr sauber und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Ventilation der Klima oder Heizung war die ganze nacht laut und konnte nicht abgeschalten werden.

Тихий отель в центре города

Останавливались здесь на 1 ночь. Хороший отель, было очень тихо, не слышно шума улицы. При заселении в отель вручают бокал шампанского, это было приятно)) Завтраки - шведский стол (очень разнообразно и сытно, мне понравилось). В номере высокие потолки, очень большая удобная кровать, холодильник, кондиционер, утюг, телевизор, чайник, кофемашина, в ванной комнате есть ванна. Есть охраняемая парковка (работник отеля просит ваши ключи и отгоняет машину в гараж).

Hochwertige Ruheoase in der Innenstadt

Hotel ist idealst für die Erkundung der Altstadt gelegen. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr groß im Vergleich zu bisherigen Hotelzimmern. Gute Isolierung und in Kombination mit bequemen Bett gute Erholung. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Lovely hotel for our one night in Brno.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby. We were immediately asked if we would like a glass of champagne. The room had a lovely dessert prepared for us which was a nice touch. Room was very clean and updated. Location was walking distance to the square and restaurants. Air conditioning was in working condition so a nice bonus after staying at a very stuffy room prior to our trip to Brno!

Dobré ubytování.

Byl jsem zde podruhé, příjemný personál, umístěni hotelu kousek od centra, pohodlná postel.

Docela jsem byl zklamaný z akusticky pokoje. Bylo slyšet každé zavření dveří sousedního pokoje. Každý pohyb ze sousedního pokoje je slyšet. Nevím, zda je to pouze v pokoji ve kterém jsem byl ubytován.

Indicação de restaurantes e passeios com mais eficiência, banho sem banheira para idosos, decoração. Não havia água gratuita para hóspedes.

One of the best hotels in Brno

Barcelo is situated in a historic building with a truly beautiful lobby. It offers very good breakfast, huge comfy beds and basically all you can ask for when staying in Brno. The staff is very friendly and helpful and due to the location right in the city center this hotel is a great starting point for exploring the city.

Our stay was great, but there is still a couple things to improve. Even though we did an online check-in, we still had to show up at the reception and it took quite some time to process the check-in (don't see the benefit on an online check-in there). The doors of the room are not noise cancelling, so you can hear everything from the hall. The cleaning crew automatically changed all of our towels every day, which honestly seems like a waste. I would suggest to change the towels only upon request (e.g. when placed on the bathroom floor).

Great experience in the centre of Brno. The hotel itself is beautiful and decorated in a glamorous style reflecting the architecture of the building. The personnel was friendly, I enjoyed also the welcome drink at the reception. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food and drinks.

As it is a 5 star hotel, I would have expected more fancy restaurant where breakfast is served. The space was just ordinary. The bathroom was quite small. The more modern materials and more modern features could be included to the rooms, as well. The room itself was comfy and spacious, this just as a reflection of 5-star experience.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, conveniently located in the city center - with a good restaurant. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The only one thing which was a bit disturbing was a long waiting time - both a check in and check out.

Excellent experience with nice facilities and great staff

TWhere to start: pretty much everything is excellent: top-notch facilities, comfortable surroundings, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff at reception, good breakfast, umbrellas to use when it rained, staff printed things out for me. Excellent rate (it was from Friday to Monday and I assume that the hotel is mostly frequented by businesspeople, so as Brno doesn't seem to be too much of a tourist city, rates might be higher during the week than at the weekends).

The only thing I didn't like is the bed. It's two single beds next to each other. I prefer one double or twin bed instead.

Great location, but for a five star hotel I would have expected much more.

The location of the hotel is perfect. During dinner we really appreciated the friendly and communicative staff.

Room furnishings are worn. The shower was lacking in sampoon and the bathroom was lacking body lotion. We had to ask twice at the reception before it was replenished. Breakfast was just OK, no big menu. The welcome drink could have been something better than just unrefrigerated warm prosecco. Overall we expected a higher standard.

Barcelo is a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are very spacious, the huge bed is comfortable and the price is competitive. Breakfast is awesome.

Slight disturbance from the club across the street but i slept well. Despite checking in on line with the promise i only needed to Show ID, it took 10 minutes to checkin.

Pretending to be a 5 star hotel.

The room was ok.

Breakfast very low quality. Restaurant very overpriced. Plate are done by amateur and the main course was super salty. 55€ for a steak with industrial fries. They should be ashamed.
