Spacious rooms, comfortable and clean!
Rooms didn’t have a mini bar or late night room service, no coffee machine in the room! Vanity kit not available in bathroom. Doors from neighbours room very loud when they close

We had 2 connected rooms. It was good with tge kids. The breakfast was very good. We liked it.
It is far from city center by walk.
The parking in the hotel is very problematic for high cars.

We chose this hotel for the third time, as we had always been very satisfied with our previous stays. The reception staff had consistently been friendly and professional, the interior modern and tastefully designed. The rooms were clean, and throughout our stays we always appreciated the sense of privacy and calm.
Unfortunately, during our last visit we experienced a very unpleasant situation. Upon returning to our room, we found that the window had been left open, some of our personal belongings were missing, others had been moved, and part of the towels were missing from the bathroom. The room did not appear to have been cleaned in a standard way that would make it clear housekeeping had taken place, which made the situation confusing and concerning.
The loss of privacy and the awareness that someone had handled and rearranged our personal belongings during our absence — and that two personal items had been taken — was extremely uncomfortable. We immediately reported the situation to the reception, where the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would especially like to thank the receptionist for his professional and empathetic approach.
However, the response from the head of housekeeping did not reassure us. We were told that the room attendant supposedly took our personal items to be handed in as lost and found, which made little sense — particularly given that it was clear the guests had not yet checked out.
As a result, instead of enjoying the final morning of our stay, we had to deal with this unpleasant matter. Upon departure, the hotel offered a bottle of wine as an apology, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it could not fully compensate for the negative experience that significantly affected our overall impression of an otherwise much-loved hotel.
