Great breakfast! Like a Vegas buffet.
New building with a nice gym, ironing room.
Management is suspect. Power outage was off. Walked off elevator into a pitch dark hallway without warning. Housekeeping is understaffed and didn’t get towel service. No shop to get drinks or sundries. Inconvenience to attractions unless you have own transportation. Our mini fridge was nonfunctional and had to change rooms. Details that could be resolved because property is beautiful.

We liked everything about OREA Brno. Excellent hotel! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.
The only small issue we experienced was during lunch at the restaurant. Although the waitress was extremely kind and friendly, she spoke very little English, which led to some confusion with our order. We tried to communicate as best as we could using gestures and by pointing at the menu, but we still received different dishes than the ones we had ordered. It was not a problem for us, and we ate what was served. Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. We simply wanted to mention this because better communication in English could help avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

Recently renovated and we had a lovely clean room!
Didn’t realise this was a conference hotel, which meant that most nights the hotel was super busy. Luckily we were on the 10th floor so noise wasn’t an issue, but in the mornings the lifts took a long time and breakfast was very busy.
