Everything!! Staff is super attentive, location next to main train station and bus station. Walk a few steps, you are in old town. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, value for money while very high quality.

I always enjoy staying at Grand Hotel Brno — it’s my favourite hotel in the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the whole place has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the city centre and the railway station, which makes getting around very easy.
The breakfast is great, with plenty of options, and parking is available if arriving by car, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable hotel in a perfect location, and I’m always happy to return.

I really like this hotel and I often stay in it when visiting Brno. It's close to the downtown area of the city center and to the railway station and bus terminal. The rooms are spacious and clean, the decor is lovely, the beds are comfy and there is a carpet which makes it cozy. there is complimentary water and a coffee maker, which makes it very pleasant and you feel like at home. The staff are friendly and welcoming. One can leave their luggage at the reception upon early arrival or late departure which is very important for me for short stays. I will certainly return next time.
My room got a bit noisy at night since there's a busy road close to the hotel but fortunately it was a one-time issue. There wasn't a window in the bathroom making it a bit dark.

The hotel is very convenient to the central train and bus stations in Brno. It is set on the edge of the old town, making it fairly easy to get around the city on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was oddly shaped with a large pillar in the middle of it. It made everything rather awkward. The room lacked decoration, with no art on the walls and the dark brown curtains made the room feel stuffy when they were drawn shut. The drain in the shower smelled of mildew. The towels were replaced everyday, despite the hotel indicating that it had a policy of not washing towels that were hung up. The breakfast was the same everyday and of average quality. There was construction going on somewhere in the building which could be heard from about 7:30 every day.
