The main floor has a kitchen and dining area, two seating areas for watching TV or relaxing, a beautiful screened porch, two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Your lower level will be vacation central with access to the outdoor patio and grill area adjacent to a kitchenette and rec room. There are also two bedrooms and a third full bathroom with laundry on the lower level.
There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet still spend time together.
There are window unit air conditioners in the bedrooms and a wall unit in family/living area. This property is conveniently located in the heart of Sand Hill Cove. 1/4 mile to Roger Wheeler State Beach, and close to Point Judith, Galilee, Block Island Ferry, Narragansett Pier, Iggy’s, mini-golf, and all that a southern RI vacation has to offer.
