the location was average ..you had to walk 10 minutes for metro station and 10-15 minutes for any variety of restaurants and good supermarket
the waterflow was very poor and not hot enough. Location was average. The lift was not working for 2 days out of our 3 days stay.

Fabrizio the host was exceptionally generous, helpful and kind. He was very responsive on chat and went above and beyond to make our family comfortable.

This place had a lot of character. Roberto was very responsive when we needed help with anything . There is a washing machine in the suite. The suite was spacious with a king size bed in a separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room/kitchen area. There is a full kitchen. restaurants around the area and a grocery store nearby. 20 min bus ride from trastaver.
The location was just a bit further south of colosseum but it was still fine. About 25 min walk to colosseum and 6-8 min taxi ride to the Roma termini. It was 34C when we were there so the air conditioning was working hard at night but it was adequate

Close to Termini station ( 20 mins walking ) . Fabrizio is a very nice host , he gave us a lot of good advices , tips and tricks , restaurants, transport. Near flat there are 3 very good restaurants, we eat every evening in the area .
Metro station at 10 mins. .And most important we felt safe in the area.
- everything was fine. We are not so pretentious so for us ( family with 2 kids ) everything was ok.

"The property is in a great location just 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Manzoni metro station. The property is a lovely apartment with plenty of space and it was spotlessly clean."
