Beach Daze vacation rental is a private home on Jordan Lake. This is a private 6 bedroom 2,700 square foot home that comfortably sleeps 12-16 people with possibility of a couple more if you utilize the air mattress, pull out sofa, and futon. There is one 1st floor bedroom with two twins and half bath. All others are located on second floor.
Your vacation to Lake Odessa Michigan will leave you feeling far from reality but close to everything. Located directly between Lansing and Grand Rapids you can take a short drive to the big city or relax locally.
Spend your day in the sun sitting on your own private beach utilizing the complimentary 7 person hot tub, beach towels, zero gravity chairs, beach chairs, gas grill, two kayaks, and yard games. Lake is shallow until about 200 feet out which is great for kiddos. Further out water depths reach 58 feet. Fishermen will find a variety of fish including bream/bluegill, crappie, largemouth bass, bullhead, rock bass, northern pike and pumpkinseed sunfish here. Public launch available at far end of the lake.
Feeling more adventurous? Bring and dock your own boat for cruising, tubbing or skiing on the 430 acre all sports lake. Don’t own a boat? No worries, local boat rental is available. Lake Odessa has much to offer. Venture out just minutes from your rental to explore the fairgrounds with new pickle ball courts, antique mall, a lake trail for walking or biking, partake in a local fishing competition or one of many public community festivities including fairs, holiday parades, art festivals, mud runs, music festivals and more. Vacationing with kiddos? Choose from two playgrounds: Swifty’s a large wooden structure park or the new seat modern jungle gym located at the fairgrounds.
Lake’O is home to Buddy’s on the Beach which offers traditional parking, boat parking, a kayak launch, outdoor seating, bowling, beach volleyball tournaments, public beach, and also hosts an annual Fourth of July boat parade that you don’t want to miss .
If you feel like cooking we offer a fully stocked kitchen with a complimentary coffee bar. There is a local grocery store for all of your dinning needs or you can let others do the cooking for you by ordering from one of our multiple delivery or take out restaurants.
