Beautiful, spacious apartment.
The walk-in shower was excellent, the Wi-Fi was great, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.
It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Les Deux Jumeaux (The Two Twins) station, with trains to Hendaye (just one stop, with a very easy transfer to the Euskotren for San Sebastián – around 40 minutes), Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bayonne, Biarritz and elsewhere.
It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for the beach, or around a 15-minute walk downhill.
There is beautiful scenery from the apartment balconies.
Thomas, the owner (who does not live on-site), was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too small to ask him about, and he was always happy to help. He was genuinely AMAZING!
I would definitely recommend this apartment, particularly if you want a spacious and comfortable base for exploring the French and Spanish Basque Country.
The only suggestion I would make is perhaps having an extension lead available for guests to use near the sofa.
There are plenty of wall sockets in the apartment, so this is absolutely not a criticism. As a solo traveller, I like to sit on the sofa watching TV while also texting friends and family, and I found it difficult to do that while charging my phone at the same time.
This is purely a personal preference and certainly not a negative about the property. The apartment is FANTASTIC, as is Thomas, the owner and host.

L’appartement était très agréable bien équipé et au calme avec une vue magnifique
Renove avec goût : on avait l’impression d’être chez soi
Tout était super sauf la situation au 3eme étage qui est difficile pour moi, étages cependant faciles à monter…
Mais cela n’est pas un trop gros problème
