Good location.
The staff needs to learn how to smile and make you feel welcomed. But again it’s not just here in this hotel it’s seems to be this way everywhere we encountered in Italy. Very little smiles, sharp answers to questions you may have to include taxis drivers, bus drivers, stores, restaurants etc. Customer service treatment lacks big time.

Excellent near the town and train station. Nice pool on the roof with an amazing view of Mount Vesuvius. Staff were good downstairs and very good house keeping. The breakfast had a good variety.
The pool only open between 9 and 6. Shame you could only go on the roof on only one of the nights. The mini fridge in the room could do with being a bit cooler. For the breakfast, no oat milk. Couldn’t see any gluten free options, which could have made it better.

Perfect location. Beautiful spacious rooms, stunning gardens, fabulous rooftop pool, plenty of comfortable places to relax.

Very good location and pleasant staff.
This is not a hotel called Hotiday Hotel. It is called Cesare Augusto and apparently some rooms have been set aside by the Hotiday organization. I believe that we paid a premium for this privilege which wasn’t apparent during our stay with the exception of being shown to a window seat for breakfast. The room was dated and lacking in decor. It was clean.
