Clean, good pool, good food,helpful staff.
Too quiet for us, pool opened too late & closed too early for us.
Shuttle bus timings were not regular enough.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, a short 10 minute bus into the heart of Sorrento. The hotel shuttle was brilliant and if that wasn’t available the public transport stopped right outside the hotel and this was also very reliable. The hotel was clean with house keeping and fresh towels daily. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The beds were hard so not the most comfortable. The pool area could’ve been kept better.

Property had a great location, near the bus stop straight to Sorrento. Pool was nice and plenty of space for a sunbed.
Some areas needed some attention, like fresh paint etc. Giant crack in our room mirror and glass seemed flimsy, so you had a warped view of yourself. Felt like it didn’t have a true authentic feel but perhaps my fault as I booked last minute and didn’t really know what I was booking. Felt like I was in a complex rather than abroad enjoying the country.
Breakfast was probably the worst experience of all for us. Not really wanting to see a full English abroad, coffee in the main breakfast area was undrinkable (from a machine), pastries were poorly labelled so you didn’t know what you were getting inside, and in the end we decided to not have breakfast there for the rest of our stay.
