Everything - great food, the magical gardens, the beach, the small number of rooms and therefore people, the cliff top bar with great music and views of Capri
It would be good if the shuttle bus had a railway station pick up

The Villa had just been renovated, so was sharp and modern and not worn out. Amazing siae room for a family. The beach was amazing, the food was excellent and the staff were great - Watch out for the goat!

Location and complementary access to and from town. Reception staff were very friendly.
We’ve stayed here on previous occasions however the hotel has become very family oriented. Kids were running around the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. Limited lunch menu during stay which was designed to cater to kids activities. Couples appear to be an afterthought as the hotel continues to expand.
Also, our mattress was in obvious need replacement as it had a noticeable dip.
