Before we even arrived the staff helped to organise flowers, fruit, and sweets in our room as a surprise for my wife. Accompanied by both a personal message from myself and another from the hotel.
The room is immaculate. Lovely towels refreshed twice a day, the breakfast and evening food is both diverse and delicious.
We arrived during a rail strike, however the staff helped us to plan our journeys. Keeping us informed of the disruption and the best ways to get around the area.
Every member of staff has been so kind and courteous to us. The location of the hotel is central to all amenities. 10-15 min from the centre, train station, and the port. Making it simple to get around Italy while still remaining quiet and serene.
We would definitely want to return and strongly recommend people choose to stay here when visiting Sorrento.

This is the kind of hotel you note for future stays. The friendly service is from everyone here, and all seem happy to work here. The concierges gave great recommendations and never hesitated on any request. We will plan to be back!

The ocean access at this hotel was incredible! Our room was amazing too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
