Everything was perfect! The hospitality was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and always smiling. They spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. We loved the beautiful rustic yet elegant décor — everything felt new, luxurious and very well cared for. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay! The restaurant was another highlight: a truly unique gastronomic experience, with exceptional food and attention to every detail. Absolutely worth it!!!

LA ATENCION DE LA MANAGER Y QUE CUANDO LLAMAS TE ATIENDE ENSEGUIDA.
LOS JARDINES DE LA VILLA SON PRECIOSOS Y TE LO ENSEÑAN AL LLEGAR, PERO DOMUS FORUM NO ESTA EN EL LUGAR DE LA VILLA Y LOS JARDINES. LA UBICACION DE DOMUS FORUM ES PERFECTA PORQUE ESTA AL LADO DEL CENTRO.
LA LIMPIADORA NOS TUVO 5 DIAS CON LAS MISMAS TOALLAS QUE AVISÉ SE HABIAN MANCHADO. LAS TIRABA AL SUELO Y LAS VOLVIA A COLGAR CON MANCHA INCLUIDA. PEDI LIMPIAS,LA TRAJO LA MANAGER ENSEGUIDA, PERO SALÍ Y SE LAS LLEVÓ LA LIMPIADORA DEJANDOME LAS SUCIAS COLGADAS OTRA VEZ. ADEMAS SIEMPRE HABIA ARENA DE PLAYA EN EL SUELO. MI QUEJA SOLO ES POR LA LIMPIADORA.
LA SENSACION CUANDO LLEGAMOS Y NOS ENSEÑARON LOS JARDINES NOS ENCANTÓ Y PENSABAMOS QUE NOS QUEDARIAMOS ALLI, PERO NOS PUSIERON UN COCHE ELECTRICO PARA LLEVARNOS A DOMUS FORUM, Y ESTA DISTANTE DE LA VILLA. RECOMIENDO EL SITIO, EINCLUSO VOLVERÍA, PERO "TENDRIA VIGILADA A LA LIMPIADORA"

We had a wonderful stay at Domus Florum. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the gardens and beautiful pool until our room was ready. Our lovely room was spotless and had everything we needed. Located in a quiet area, but only a minutes’ walk to the shops and restaurants. Lorenza was so helpful and she was always available if we needed anything. Brilliant stay and I would highly recommend!
