This private 1 bedroom is located on the ground floor of a quirky cottage. It has 2 main rooms + a bathroom and small laundry room. The bedroom has direct access to a bathroom and the large front yard. The second room is a large living space with a solid wood table for working and dining, as well as a double sized sofa bed. + 2 bicycles :) The space The space is charming and well furnished with a large wood table for working and dining in the living space. A sleeper coach for hanging out or hosting an additional person and many leather chairs and benches throughout. There is a make-shift kitchen in the living room with an electric stove top, toaster oven, water boiler, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, an outdoor sink in the backyard and basic pots and pans (its not an actual kitchen). The Wifi is great and the outdoor space is a dream :) Guest access The neighborhood is quiet but centrally located. The place has its own private entrance. Parking is great in the neighborhood with 2 week parking allowed before needing to move it to a new spot. Grab the bicycles and go for a ride in golden gate park.
