This property is amazing. So clean and comfortable and has everything you could want for a stay away from home.

Location and views where fabulous. Master bedroom bed was comfortable and the property is spacious and lots of nice walks for us and our dog. Cupar close by so conveniant for shopping and places to eat.

The four single beds in two of the 3 bedrooms are possibly OK for small children but definitely not for teenagers and adults as in our party. The mattresses had zero support for their weight and it was a very uncomfortable sleeping experiance with the springs diging into you. Also, would be helpful for kitchen being better stocked with more crockery and a few more pans, bowls and kitchen utensils. There where only six of everything pretty much and as there where six in our party we had to be washing up regularly or running half empty dishwasher which is wastefull. It would also be a good idea to extend the short piece of fence line between the adjoining property and fitting some smaller gauge wire or similar item to the farm gate leading to property to stop smaller dogs getting into farmyard. This would enable guests to let their dogs roam safely in the lovely large garden without the worry of them wondering where they shouldnt as well as stop the farm colly getting into the cottage garden and avoid confrontation with guests and their dogs.

Enjoyed our stay in this farm location. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Living area very comfortable. Beds were also clean and comfy. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun porch watching the sheep with lambs and the cows with calves in the field at the end of the garden.

Nothing negative to say about this cottage.
