Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. • Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the pool oasis, propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more. • Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers. • You will Be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit) • Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV • Full private kitchen with everything you need. • Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries) • 1 bedrooms, living room and bathroom and a laundry machine located inside each unit! • All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. House Guidelines Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold. • This is a smoke free property. • No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed. • No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings. • No children under 12 due to insurance liability issues • 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach • No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense. • No pets. • Pool hours 10am-10pm and quiet hours 11PM-7AM • No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay. • An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed • Do not disturb other guests or enter other units • Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors. House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer • Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more • Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25 Note to All Guests • All info on checking in will be sent to you via the platform • Unit must be available for weekly pest maintenance. We will make guest aware when we need access. Pool Rules • Pool hours 10am to 10pm • No children under 6 years old in or on pool area • All youth must always have adult supervision • No food or beverages within 48” of pool. • No glass on pool deck or backyard • All water items must stay in pool (Vacuum and pool floats) • No running no diving • Volume on music and voice to a low roar to respect our neighbors • No personal items left unattended or left in pool area • No outside guest • Breaking these rules are immediate cancellation without refund

The house was small but was cute and perfect for a couple. The pool and the hammock was relaxing. Walked quite a few times to the beach which was Beautiful and the sunrise was breath taking.

Great unit for a couple! Very comfortable unit with everything you need. I enjoyed the screen porch overlooking the pool. Everything is well thought out and lit up just right. As a former VRBO owner, I was very impressed!! We stayed for two nights before boarding for a cruise. Everything is easy walking distance.

This property was incredibly wonderful, management was incredibly sweet and helpful with anything and everything we needed. Lisa definitely needs a raise she is too kind and amazing! The property was also incredibly clean and sanitary. No bugs or dust to be found. They provided us with everything we needed.

We just spent one night before our cruise, and we’re glad it was no longer. The space is tiny, and we had to step back when we passed each other. I also found black hair on the wall when I showered. It was ok for one night, but no longer than that.

My daughter and I stayed here during her college spring break. We both had a restful and relaxing time in Cocoa Beach and we enjoyed our VRBO. It was perfect for us for this vacation. We stayed 4 nights in the cozy studio rental. We could hear our neighbors talking during the night, so we turned on the provided fan and that significantly helped.

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was easy to find, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was as described, very clean and we were welcomed with a tray of goodies and music playing when we walked in. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to enjoy the pool and much of the outdoor features however we look forward to booking again when we go on our next cruise, during warmer weather and with a few friends to relax with around the pool. We highly recommend any of the units here. Thank you for a wonderful start to our vacation!

Property unkempt. Pictures very misleading and not accurate. Had to clean when we got there (including washing pillow cases/sheets). Listed as air conditioning, but is controlled by someone else. Had to call 4 times to have turned on. Ended up being very musty. We left a day early.

The stay was perfect! Only complaint was that the other couple/people were a little rowdy in the mornings, so our days started earlier than expected. :)

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so close to the beach, clean, equipped with all amenities and an amazing outdoor space. Our stay was short but excellent enough that we will return.

Enjoyed going to the Christmas shows at the Cocoa Beach Playhouse and Titusville Theater. Local restaurants are good, beats the chain restaurants you see everywhere.
