It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more. Getting Around: Plenty of space for onsite parking at unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beaches, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away) Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well. Other Things to Note: In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. Area rug has seen too many days and is dirty. Could hear everything upstairs. Stomping, conversations and even snoring. Company storing their trucks and gear really hurt the property's appeal. Bed was comfortable, good layout, nice patio.

The location of the unit is awesome, literally a five-minute walk to the beach -- right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. There were a number of issues that needed attention during our stay, and these were addressed diligently and professionally by the on-site management team. The kitchen could use additional utensils (e.g. butter knives, rubber spatula, corkscrew, microwavable containers.) As a whole, the unit is very nice, as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately the building as such is poorly constructed, in that we were often disturbed by guests on the upper floor as we could hear them walking or talking late at night. One particulary evening, there were four young women from Illinois who partied loud until half past midnight. We can't blame the owner for this, but future upper-floor guests should be required to refrain from making any undue or unnecesary noise after 10:00 p.m.. All in all, we were pleased with our two-week stay, but this unit is more appropriately designed for brief stays of no more than a few nights.

It was a nice place I just wish there would have been a blow dryer. I also with there would have been hangers for our clothes! The bed wasn’t very comfortable.
