Loved everything about our 4 night stay - our room - the staff - the spa - 11/10! We couldn’t fault our time. While the place is gorgeous the staff make it even better they are a credit to you 👏👏
No other restaurant options nearby unless you take a taxi - the restaurant onsite however is great

First, say that the stay was very pleaseant, comfortable, clean and service was very attentative. The room, in which we stayed (Santorini), is amazing for couples and for that we recomend Epic Suits highly. But somethings I must say as a critical review for the future guests.
First, say that the stay was very pleaseant, comfortable, clean and service was very attentative. The room, in which we stayed (Santorini), is amazing for couples and for that we recomend Epic Suits highly. But somethings I must say as a critical review for the future guests.
Maybe it was that we were in the low season, or other reasons but if you present yourself as a luxury hotel, there are some minimums you must cover.
Starting with the animals, I know is a personal decision from the ownership, but the hotel is full of cats and street dogs. Every night we listened some cat fights and barking for hours , just outside the room. I guess other guests don’t mind , but if you are afraid of wild dogs , maybe it would be nice to describe it in the Hotel description.
Another thing is that, again if you are already paying a luxury price, you should include basic things on the fare. For example, in the breakfast, even a latte coffee means an extra fee. Also we rented a scooter with other vendors- because theirs is more than double the normal fare- and our parking was outside the hotel parking in front of a wild dogs refugee, near a fire trash pile, not very good image for a Luxury hotel.
Finally the service is great, but not in a “luxury” level, they are very slow, sometimes they forget the order or the task at all, I know that maybe those things just happened to us and are outliers, but it is what it is…
Moreover, they keep on offering to hire some activities with them, at your personal number, such as fish catching, day tours, when you have not asked for that info.
Summarizing, the experience was awesone and great and I would repeat but not at that price.
