I liked the bigger room, smart tv, and pool right outside of the unit. The staff was great and did the best they could with what they had to work with.
I want to be fair with this review because my intention is to provide constructive feedback, not simply criticize the property. Overall, we had a decent three-day stay, and I believe this property has a lot of potential.
The biggest issue was the ant infestation. There were ants throughout the property, including inside the room, around the pool, and in the outdoor dining area. They were even crawling on our clothes, and the staff eventually asked us to eat in the main dining area because of the problem. I have lived in the Philippines for nine years, and this was far beyond what I would consider normal. It needs to be professionally addressed.
The breakfast was consistently cold, including the eggs, bacon, pancakes, and bread. This could definitely be improved.
The sliding doors in the bedroom and living area would not lock properly. Staff were already aware of the issue, making this a concerning security matter that should be fixed.
The bathroom also has a privacy issue due to the window design. Someone outside could potentially see inside. The shower water was only mildly warm, despite having a water heater.
A small refrigerator in the room would also be a great addition, especially given the heat.
Finally, the room and property could use a more thorough cleaning and general refresh. Some areas and towels appeared dated.
Overall, it was not a bad stay, and I believe this property has the potential to be excellent. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively because I would genuinely like to see the property reach its full potential.

We liked the size of the property, beautiful pool to cool down in. Very relaxed spacious rooms.
Plumbing wasn’t great. And would not order breakfast if we stayed again.

Great staff, 24/7 free filtered water fountain, free breakfast, rooms reminded me of Mykonos/Greece vibes, 10mins stroll to Alona beach, eateries & main entertainment precinct, Lekker Garden Restaurant across from the Hotel had amazing food & divine smoothies, super quiet area, I would highly reccommend this hotel & I would definitely stay here again in future.
Bed mattress too hard & uncomfortable, it would be wise for the hotel to invest in proper quality mattresses for all future guests as I endured back pain throughout my entire stay here, other than that, the hotel was very much adequate.
