Everything! Lovely attentive staff, spacious clean room that was so nicely made up every day when we were out. Great dinner and breakfast buffet (again the staff here were great). Huge pools and not overcrowded at all. Right on the beach & very close to the town so we had everything we needed. Hotel also booked us two great day tours
Only issue was the pillows being veryyy thick and high, but thats more of a personal preference

All the staff were so friendly and professional.
Every employee we had contact with made us feel welcome and always anticipating our needs made our stay special. We are definitely planning to return as soon as we can.

The drinks at the bars only 30ml of alcohol, while every other bar uses 60ml.
Also there was a "perk" for staying at a villa, but it was very restrictive and isolated from the rest of the resort. They should have offered the free drinks available at any bar on the resort during at least happy hours.

Staff were friendly and facilities were good
WiFi was exceedingly poor in rooms away from main building. The selection of TV channels was by farcthe poorest I've encountered at a premium hotel, as well as a very poor signal for other channels. Despite requests for WiFi fix it never arrived during my 4 day stay.
