Great hotel, clean rooms, great pools, good food, amazing staff, and a very nice gym. Also beach access and they offer many extra services. overall a great experience.
The only thing that could be better is that some of the prices inside the hotel are quite high compared to local pricing especially the spa and some of the food/drinks.

Everything! Lovely attentive staff, spacious clean room that was so nicely made up every day when we were out. Great dinner and breakfast buffet (again the staff here were great). Huge pools and not overcrowded at all. Right on the beach & very close to the town so we had everything we needed. Hotel also booked us two great day tours
Only issue was the pillows being veryyy thick and high, but thats more of a personal preference

Staff were friendly and facilities were good
WiFi was exceedingly poor in rooms away from main building. The selection of TV channels was by farcthe poorest I've encountered at a premium hotel, as well as a very poor signal for other channels. Despite requests for WiFi fix it never arrived during my 4 day stay.
