We are very much satisfied while staying in Best Western Plus Ivywall. It’s worth it. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We absolutely like everything about this place. It might be pricey but you get your money’s worth. From the location which is beach front, to pretty much like walking distance to everything & to the cleanliness of the room and the amenities as well as food, to how absolutely amazing the employees are - All the employees are 👍👍 & ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, this place is so worth it. We highly recommend this place.

Great location, good breakfast, great staff and facilities

Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff and good facilities.

Small double beds. Bathroom held a lot of water. Shower needed repairs and bathroom wasn’t overly clean on arrival. Live music nightly was great, but it was loud until nearly 10pm- kids are young so it was a small issue to get them to sleep.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ist in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe!

Das Zimmer und der Flur waren vom Geruch leider nicht so schön. Man hat einen diffuser vor unser Zimmer gestellt, aber das hat den Geruch auch nicht verbessert. Das Wasser im Badezimmer war teilweise braun. Das Frühstück war ok.

해변과의 접근성이 좋았어요.

풀억세스룸으로 예약했는데 방 수도 문제로 인해 6층으로 재배정 받았습니다. 하지만 그 뒤로 풀억세스룸이 개선되면 재배정 요구하였지만 여행내내 변경되지 않았습니다.

Value for Money

Great location and value for money. Hotel was clean, helpful staff and good breakfast staff. Would recommend if you want to visit Bohol and not spend too much but be comfortable!

This place fell short of expectations.

Direct access to beach.

Sadly sort of sandwiched in between other buildings with a narrow front to the sea. The food was mediocre to directly disappointing. The so called ivy wall was a metal and plastic construction, bizarrely with sheets of plastic lawn hung against the walls instead of real plants. Also clearly overpriced.

Don’t go there! It was a nightmare

The view from our room was nice, we saw the whole New Year’s Eve program from our balcony.

We traveled with our 2,5 year old son. The hotel has a kids corner but is dark, stuffy and hot, with no toys. The hotel claims they do activities for kids but they don’t. The kids area is dingy and dirty. Also, one risks food poisoning there. Instead of mashed potatoes with mashed vegetables our child was given luke-warm vegetables diluted with cold water. They charge ridiculous prices for nothing. On New Years Eve they repeatedly tried to make us pay somebody else’s bar bills. Also, everything takes ages there, including check-in and check-out. The staff is unflexible. The souvenir shop was never open. In 3 days we experienced so much stress there. Don’t go there!

Family friendly. Great location.

Accommodating staffs and location (beachfront). Room service for food reasonably priced and also comes with a table so it’s easier to eat in the room. Friendly lifeguard. Cool pool bar which also has buy 1 take 1 cocktails during happy hour. My daughter likes the pool so much. There’s a small playground beside the breakfast buffet area which the kids enjoyed. They like staying there after breakfast.

There could be more fans in the breakfast area as it’s sometimes too hot in the morning.

Wonderful family holiday in a excellent location

The staff and location was excellent. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool. Everything in the room worked perfectly well and the breakfast was good

There were too many corporate events going on, that sometimes we couldn’t use the inside or outside restaurant.

Perfect luxery!

Really fresch hotel!! Perfect for family with small Children!! Helpfull staff. Room at level 3, big and Nice view over the pool and ocean. Brekafast buffé with variation and for 140p u can get a tasty latte! Milkfoam perfect!

I booked 4 rooms and they double charged me. We stayed there for 4 days May 19-22, 2023. They emailed me but I have to follow up the status every time. The time frame is outrageous, they said it will take 3-4 weeks until it turned out almost 2 months! They do an action needed after me and my sister get pissed off, comments on BW Ivywall fb and email and asked help to Raffy Tulfo. It made me call the main office of BW and they issued ticket for my complained. (Received the refund August 15,2023) Note: That money was supposed to be our food budget during our stay. This affect me emotionally during our stay and more when they took so long to send my money back. I don’t need sweet words on e-mail and yadayada. As a costumer we need the right actions needed and constantly report of status to minimize the consequences.

me and my nephews enjoyed our stay there because of how great the hotel, their staff and it’s proximity to everything. A

near the beach, friendly staff, and nice comfy rooms with shampoo that makes my hair manageable.

i saw some molds in the bathroom. it was in between the sink and and countertop so it was not really reachable. it just bothers me to see it every time i use the toilet. i just let it pass too since i don’t smell the stink of molds. 😅

Brilliant location, great breakfast! And happy hour! Plus singers whilst dining on the beach front

I was disappointed that the spa didn’t have calming music or spa like smells (lavender diffusers etc) It was quite awkward silence between therapists and client!

Family friendly.

Location was good, easy access to alona beach and shopsif you need anything. Family friendly. Pools are big and have for kids also. The buffet breakfast was also good and has different varieties. They change the menu everyday so for long stays youll not get tired of the food. Food and music at the restaurant was good.

I didnt pay for beach view room so I expected the room not to have nice view but still we got a room where you cant access the balcony. The beach front area wasnt as good as other resorts but still okay for walking.
