The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The place is very clean even if it is really close to the beach which we at first thought to be a bit sandy but it never was as there's always staff making sure that the place is spotless. Every staff gave their best to make us feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
There was an incident when the front desk notified us that our room will be charged for a pillow stain that they can't remove. We were so puzzled why it happen as none of our group ever had henna or hair dye during our stay. After notifying them that we honestly didn't cause that damage, the manager agreed not to charge us. There was just a slight stress on our part, but everything ended fine.

Breakfast good spread but real fruit juice sand more fresh options would be appreciated
Pool area loses sun very early with no sun beds in sun after about 3pm ( and not allowed to have drinks from pool bar unless sat on sunbed so had to drink in shade)
Cushion/soft toy left for child in room which we assumed was free but on departure told it cost 1000 pesos (cue very sad child when we didn’t buy it)- no note in room to say it was charged for (we would have removed instantly if we knew!)

Clean and new.Love the pool and near the beach.They have shuttle from airport to the hotel and very convenient.
Hallways have no AC.
