What really stood out for me during my stay was the service. It was impeccable, but in a very genuine way. Everyone was so polite, friendly, fast, and you could really feel that they actually enjoy what they’re doing.
They really go the extra mile. One example that really impressed me: I forgot to lock my safety deposit box before leaving the resort. I called reception and asked if someone could go and lock it for me. Literally, about 10 minutes later, it was done! And they even sent me a WhatsApp video showing me that they had locked it. When I got back, everything was there exactly as I had left it. WOW! That honestly impressed me so much.
And it wasn't just this one thing. Every time I asked for something, it was done quickly and with such a nice attitude. Always polite, always with a smile, and it genuinely felt like they wanted to help rather than just doing their job.
Whoever hired the reception team, especially Kate and Lace, and the rest of the staff, should be really proud. They are doing an amazing job. You can tell when people actually care about what they do, and that makes such a difference.
Big thank you to the whole team for making our stay even better. This is what great hospitality should feel like!

Swimming pool, very friendly and courteous staff and the breakfast buffet was great. Not to forget the free 15-minute foot massage ;) Lastly, they gave us packed breakfast meal since we have an early flight out of Bohol (left the resort at 5am). This gesture was beyond our expectations :)
We stayed at villa #3: Leaking aircon, doors on both floors cannot be locked even with keys, cable tv not working, power outlet in the toilet (left side) is not working. Lastly, replace existing table napkins. They’re too soft/thin & small/short.

The pool is nice and overall rooms are comfortable.
The facilities and rooms are nice but getting tired. As nice as the staff are they need education in how to perform their jobs correctly.Dirty towels, cups, glasses left around the pool all day, sometimes overnight. Staff just walk past these. Room cleaning was sporadic and inconsistent. Breakfast choice is very limited and not plentiful and there is dried fish rolled out each day which stinks up the place. Unfortunately I cannot recommend and we will not visit again.
