This is my second visit to Alona Vida and the team at the hotel treated me like I’m the most important customer. They went above and beyond to help me charter a boat. I wanted to go an hour away to a river cruise and they asked a hotel employee to drive me so that I wouldn’t have to rent a car for the whole day. Whenever my glass was empty, they were there. Whenever I needed a fresh towel, it was there. Is it the fanciest hotel in Panglao? Not really. But I don’t believe I would have been treated so wonderfully in one of the bigger more expensive hotels. I will always choose this hotel when I visit Panglao.
There is a bit of updates happening to the facilities at Alona Vida which I didn’t know when booking this time but they more than made up for it. Upon check in they gave me free breakfast vouchers for every day of my stay and additional vouchers for the bar.

I think maybe because of the construction the construction dust gave me a bad allergy..
I like the location of the hotel and I like the restaurant.
