We loved the location-very short walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed eating dinner on the patio while having a view of the ocean. Would definitely return.
It was very warm in the loft during the day. The sliding screen door was hard to open/close. It would have been nice if a tv was in all the bedrooms but not a deal breaker.

The view was almost 180 degrees of surf horizon plus low dunes in front of the ocean...lots of birds! Much, much more than I expected.
Lots (and lots) of steps but this is expected with ground level private parking

The location on the beach was ideal.
A few things are old and need upgrading. Microwave handle is broken. Dishwasher rack kept falling off and some dishes were not cleaned thoroughly. Master bed is really hard and uncomfortable.

Great location, quiet, beautiful view and just steps from the beach. Kitchen well equipped with good cookware (often not the case in rentals!).
Would be easier to have electronic keys or keys on site rather than making the extra stop. Our friends in the second bedroom didn't like the mattress.
