We were in Baltimore for my son's wedding and we had a busy five days. The house was very spacious and had enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for our various activities. Plenty of on street parking was convenient.

The toilet on the main floor didn't flush right and the shower upstairs didn't drain right

This was a good find for our group. Enough beds, and place was as described. But there are some caveats. Access is from the rear, but only one parking spot there, our group had three cars so two had to park out front. There was always a parking space on the street, but the front porch is in need of a clean up, a working porch light and perhaps a way to access when coming in from the street. Maybe a little landscaping out front would help, it is a very small area but needs some clean up also. The kitchen was not pictured but it is a very nicely remodeled kitchen that was decently stocked for maybe four people. As there are beds for 12, a few more cups and glasses, cutlery and a coffee maker for 12 instead of 4 would be helpful. The home was clean, fun decor but not child friendly. I had to move a few pieces out of the reach of young children. The basement steps are very steep and there is no handrail. As a senior it did not feel safe to me. There is a full bathroom on each floor; all were nicely remodeled. Main floor bathroom got clogged easily, need a working plunger available. Also there were ants in the living room. The neighborhood may feel unsafe to some, but as a Baltimore resident for over 30 years I did not feel unsafe during our stay. There is easy access to main roads and close proximity to groceries, restaurants and downtown attractions. Despite this list, we enjoyed our stay and found this to be convenient and enough space for our family gathering.

Rental is in a bad part of the Baltimore. There was only 1 exterior photo which was the porch. We were not give the access code until I emailed the property manager. There were 3 different addresses given (1. Written address, 2. Different address when opening it in Apple Maps, and 3. Property manager gave us a different address when we asked about the access code). We didn’t not feel comfortable when we arrived. There was no key in the lock box and the manager argued with us about it saying it was there when it wasn’t. So were unable to get into the rental. If this happens to you, make sure to take a picture as proof for Vrbo. We were not able to get a refund because Vrbo took the property manager’s word over ours. Quite disappointing and lots of red flags on this property.

Overall this was a good property to stay at. It is exactly as pictured and was clean. The neighborhood is ok, but not great, We arrived about 10:30pm and as we were unloading our bags we heard a gunshot and then a little later there were multiple police cars just a block away. Still, the street we were on was quiet, but definitely not safe to walk around the area after dark. We did have some stress with the check in process. I had to call the property manager to get the address a few days before arrival and then I had to call again to get the access code on the day of arrival, Since this was a new listing and there were no reviews that seemed very sketchy and made me extremely uneasy about the property. Thankfully everything was ok, but it was strange that I wasn't sent that information automatically but had to call to get it. The property manager did answer the phone promptly and did give me all the information I needed so that is a positive.

Worse that "how many engineers does it take to..." jokes is how many Hopkins alumni MDs, PhDs and JDs?!? It was a milestone reunion for my Bluejay classmates and I. This lovely newly renovated townhouse north of 39th and a stone's throw from Juniper Rd was safe, well managed (great attentive host) and had all the amenities to keep us relaxing and laughing down memory lane. We were on campus in under 8 minutes never missing ane event! The beds were divine and the showers have the handheld combos that fit every different height imaginable. We had a blast and many pictures with the throne chairs. You'll know when you see them.
