About this apartment rental
Elegant apartment in the heart of Rome, facing Piazza Navona and behind the suggestive Campo de 'Fiori, less than 15 minutes walk from the Vatican. The check in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., check out is within 10 a.m. Different arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and a surcharge may apply for late arrivals.The newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen. The largest room (Room 01 of about 30 square meters) houses the living area with lounge and dining table. Both bedrooms have double beds and are completely independent of the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people if you use the sofa bed in the living area (2 beds dim. 160 x 200). Located on the 1st floor of a historic building dating back to the end of the 19th century overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, it has a location that allows you to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. In front of the entrance door there are several stops of the public transport service to and from Termini Station and to any other destination. Within walking distance a wide choice of local restaurants bars and services of all kinds. TAXI and BUS station less than 100 meters. Possibility to rent bicycles to get around Rome, a few meters from the house. Air conditioning available from 1st May to 30th September (hot season). No smokers. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment can be reached with 1 flight of stairs without a lift.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was its excellent location—within walking distance of nearly all of Rome’s major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the nearby local farmers market, which offered a wonderful selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Overall, it was a great home base for our time in Rome.

We traveled to Rome for the first time as a family of 4 - mom, dad, and two young adult children (ages 22 and 19). The apartment was perfect for us. There was a master bedroom, and the children each had a bed (one slept on the very comfortable pull out couch). There was very comfortable air conditioning as well. The owners were excellent communicators! They helped set up a car for transport from the airport, and they were very responsive when we had one small issue. The location of the apartment is PERFECT! We were able to walk everywhere! We walked to Vatican City, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Campo de'Fiori, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Trastevere. There were many amazing restaurants in the nearby neighborhoods of Campo de'Fiori and near the Pantheon, Really, I don't think we could have found a better location! Enjoy!

We stayed for nine nights, 2 adults/3 children. We walked everywhere, it’s such a central, perfect location. Very spacious and comfortable. The washing machine came in so handy and the A/C was a blessing during a heat wave. Highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was great, really central for walking to the main sites of Rome. We had the view of a busy square it was nice to sit at the window and watch the world go by.The beautifil Basilica of St Andrea was just opposite unfortunately it was under renovation during our stay. There are plenty of cafés and restaurant within walking distance The host was very helpful and arranged our transport to and from the airport. We had a great stay in Bella Roma.
