Pantheon, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, St Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican Museums are within a short walking distance. THIS APARTMENT IS SANITIZED WITH THE SPECIFIC AND SAFE PRODUCTS IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME. The apartment has been recently renovated, and this, together with the comfortable furnishings and strategic location ( quiet street, despite the central location) makes it ideal for a vacation. On the first level you will find: - large entrance with desk and computer area (you will find the router for ethernet connection) a spacious living room with double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, tv, air conditioning and dining table for 6 persons. - Kitchen equipped to prepare meals, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and coffee maker.. - Bathroom with large shower box and window On the second level there is the sleeping area: - First double bedroom (queen size bed) with wooden ceiling and private bathroom with wc, bidet and shower - Second double bedroom (queen size bed) with vaulted ceiling and a large window. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all amenities: Wi-fi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, dishes and a small selection of breakfast items (cracked slices, jam, nutella, tea, coffee ..) are included in the service. The property is spread over 2 floors and is not recommended for wheelchair users. THE DISTRICT Residenza Campo de 'Fiori is located in Via dei Chiavari, whose name comes from the numerous shops of key manufacturers and locksmiths. The street, despite the central location, is quiet and not noisy. It connects Via dei Giubbonari, famous for Palazzo Barberini ai Giubbonari, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Walking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele you can reach Largo Argentina and admire the ruins, Piazza di Campo de Fiori for a ride in the market, Piazza Navona with its magnificent fountains or Lungotevere to go to Castel Sant'Angelo and San Pietro Campo de 'Fiori is one of the most renowned and ancient districts in Rome, with some of the most interesting tourist sites and is also famous for its many shops, bars and restaurants. The narrow streets allow you to walk on foot or by bicycle and easily reach Piazza Navona, take a walk in Via dei Coronari (the paradise for antique collectors), see the Church of San Luigi dei Francesi with the masterpieces of Caravaggio. This property was perfect for our visit to Rome. The location was great and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also very clean. Our host Lucia met us early for check- in and responded to any questions we had quickly. She was very helpful with giving us information about the city, and went out of her way to provide recommendations. I would recommend this property to anyone looking into staying in Rome as we had a great experience!

Tucked away in a small street you get the intimacy of the local neighborhood...cafe 20 feet away with great coffee...vicolo piccolo restaurant next door fabulous meal and service...Do not overlook this restaurant...great pizza steps away...Forno Rosciolo...and a littlefurther walk to Pizza Florida....taxis abound ...but we hardly used...walking distance to Vatican 25 minutes..Piazza popolo...30 minites to Borghese...15.. minutes to Victor Emmanuel or capitaline museums...25 to Coloseum and 30 to Forum pallantine hill entrance and Circus maximum...8 minutes to pantheon..12 to trevi... 5 mintues to Piazza Novona and Camp di fiori...walked all those what a wonderful place and city thank you

We very much enjoyed the apartment, which was convenient to so many of romes sites, bakeries and restaurants. Lucia was so kind and helpful. First, we must thank Lucia for being a great host. Warm, friendly and very quick respond to requests and provide recommendations. She also arranged transportation to & from the airport. Secondly, the property was amazing and very much as advertised in the listing. The neighborhood is very convenient to major sites. In addition there are great cafes, restaurants, bakery & shops very close to the property. I became a "regular" at the gelato shop across the street. We would not hesitate staying in this location when we return to Rome in the future. I could not image finding better accommodations in the city.

When u walk out the door of Lucia’s place u feel like u are one of the locals- right in the heart of the neighborhood! My husband and I came to Rome to meet up with 2 of our children who had been studying in role for 3 months. They couldn’t get over what an amazing location we were in- we walked to mostly everything! And Lucia is just dear- my regret is I didn’t get to know her more😍. Thank u Lucia for taking such care of every detail. I feel like we have another home and friend in Rome❤️

Our 5 day trip to Rome was fantastic! This apartment and Lucia were both part of the reason. She was so helpful and nice. The apartment had everything you could ever need in a rental. Perfect location to walk to everything including the Vatican. Restaurants were everywhere. Super safe location also.
My only caution would be for someone elderly. The steps would be difficult for my 80 year old mother.

This was an excellent property. We were steps away from everything, and the host was five-start! If you are looking for a place to escape the bustle of Rome but still be in the city's heat, this is the one. Next time in Rome we will be staying in this perfect apartment again.

The location is in a charming area of Rome that is walkable to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms that are almost like two separate apartments. The antique furniture mixes well with the modern kitchen and bathrooms. The only minor inconvenience was the single unit washer/dryer. The washer worked fine but the dryer doesn’t and we had to air dry our clothes. Lucia is a wonderful host and arranged for a driver to take us to the airport on the last day. I truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Super clean, great location (we walked everywhere!!! Colosseum to the Vatican and everywhere in between. I have stayed in many VRBO's throughout Europe and U.S. Have NEVER had a more accommodating Hostess. She and I communicated well before our trip, and she even arranged transport from Airport and to our Cruise ship. She was excellent and so was property. 10/10 recommend.

Lucia is superb, so attentive and helpful in helping us arrange a driver from the airport, wonderful communication throughout. The apartment is very nice and was a hit with our 2 grown kids and their new spouses, very comfortable for 6. The apartment had some light food and beverage items, along with coffee, that was much appreciated. The location can't be beat - close to everything for walking to the the main attractions, restaurants, shopping Really wonderful in every way.

Our stay was made perfect by the wonderful location of this lovely apartment. Our host, Lucia, met us upon arrival and explained everything to us about the appliances and checkout. She even showed us a shortcut to the nearest piazza. We were close to many restaurants and cafes, as well a grocery store. We were in the heart of historic Rome and had a quiet place to which we could return and rest for the next day’s adventure. Lucia and her apartment were quite lovely and we enjoyed our stay!!

Lucia’s place is a wonderful house! Location is perfect in Campo dé Fiori. There are so many shops and restaurants down the street and around the corner. Walking distance to all major attractions. We really appreciate the location. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 little kids. The house was spotless and well equipped. AC worked very well. Lucia was very responsive and great communicator. She reserved car service to pick us up the day we checked out for the airport. Worked out so well. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely like to stay here again.

I feel like I won the Vrbo lottery with this property. The location was better than I could have ever chosen myself. It was quiet yet vibrant with lovely restaurants, a grocery, gelato, shops all nearby. We were able to walk to the Parthenon, the Jewish ghetto, the coliseum and Trevi fountain, all were within 25 minutes.
The property itself was so unique! The pictures can’t do justice to the layout, decor, and amenities. It’s perfect for privacy because the two bedrooms and bathrooms are very separate from each other.
Finally, I’ve never had a host be so attentive and helpful. Lucia went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and settled. Our stay in Rome at this property was perfect.

Cozy. Comfortable. And like everyone says, the perfect location. My 8 and 10 year old handled walking to all the sights from here (Colosseum, St Peter’s, Spanish Steps, Trevi, Borghese, etc.). The pizza and baked goods from Rosciola nearby were a perfect fit between our other meals about town. There is nothing more we could have asked for from this property. The owner, Lucia, was very helpful and friendly. We hope to return someday!!

Our stay has a rough start, with the airline losing our luggage. Our host did everything in her power to accommodate special requests and questions. Such a kind and helpful lady. People like this should be rewarded. Air conditioner was perfect for the hot Rome summer. Space was perfect for the 2 couples. When in Rome, I will definitely be back. Pizza place outside is very good. Coffee shop next door, all tourist attractions within 10 min walk.

This property was within walking distance to most major tourist sites such as the Colisseum, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, as well as others. It was also very convenient for us as a family as there was a small souvenir shop nearby where we constantly went to get drinks as Rome was very hot in July. There was also the Bistro Mediterranean that was close by where we ate most of our authentic Italian meals in a great atmosphere with reasonable prices. The apartment itself was very clean and the host Lucia was very kind and responsive to all of our questions via email. The only downside to the apartment was that the bedrooms were upstairs and the room I had to sleep in had very narrow steps that wound around until you reached the room that creaked horribly while climbing. Because I had injured my leg the day before arriving, I had a very hard time getting up and down the stairs to my room. Hopefully I’ll be better the next time I stay! Also, the bed was extremely hard and made it difficult to get a good nights rest. The other bedroom (the master I believe) was more comfortable and that’s where my kids stayed. The apartment was in an extremely safe location where we had nothing to worry about with our valuables. Overall, the host and apartment were wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!

First, the location is absolutely perfect! We managed to walk to everything but the Vatican, because at that point we'd tired out. :)
Amazing restaurants within 100 yards and fantastic shops within 10 minute radius.
Secondly, Lucia had everything we needed, from a drying rack for laundry, clothes steamer and iron to a mocha pot, snacks, and soaps and shampoos. Thoughtful and unexpected touches!
Lucia was helpful and courteous and we felt at home (& safe) in Rome in her apartment.
We loved staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This apartment was perfect for our family of five! It is centrally located near many bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants and within walking distance of many attractions. Lucia was an absolutely perfect host - she responded promptly to all of our emails and was extremely helpful in organizing taxis from the airport and to the train station. The apartment is well-stocked and the air conditioner worked very well. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Rome - it was a perfect location with a perfect host. We had a great experience at the place; very central and easy to walk to all major attractions. Roscioli with its great food and coffe is just around the corner. The owner was very hospitable and helpful during our stay, and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a plus during the hot days!

Property is nestled between Campo di Fiore and Largo di Torre Argentina. It is a large, well appointed place with all the amenities working seamlessly. Lucia was very kind and attentive, even going over a detailed map with recommendations. She even had some food supplies including coffee and biscuits there, which helped take the stress away on our first day. Highly recommend you take advantage of the car service if arriving by air. Overall it was a wonderful, cool refuge where we could recharge. Thank you Lucia, for your kindness and giving my family such a wonderful first time Rome experience. Would love to visit again. The location was ideal - easy walking walking distance to every sight!! Lucia arranged everything!! From car service to our first reservation in Rome at a hot spot! The place was impeccably clean and A/C worked excellent (I’m fact almost too cold!) she had water, coffee/teas and snacks for when we arrived. She met us at the apartment to show us everything and to make sure all was working … she even met us at checkout (8:30am!) to ensure our stay was great! Little courtyard in front of house but no balcony or many windows. So many fabulous restaurants and right next campo di fiori … gelato place, bakery and forno (pizza) all to the left of the door we’re amazing!!! Great shopping too! VOS Roma check our near the Trevi fountain! Great service and pizza! Grappolo d’oro Bib gourmand $32euro for the best 3 course true Roman meal

Not only did we have an amazing host, we had an amazing location, and everything about the apartment was perfection! Lucia made everything so easy with assisting with transportation it really helped ease the travel difficulties of starting our vacation after an overnight flight.

Lucia was right there at the property when we arrived. She had made arrangements herself to have a driver meet us at the cruise port and he was right on time to the minute. The apartment is so charming has everything we could possibly need. The location is fabulous and we were able to walk to cafes and shops. The church was at the end of the street which made walking to Mass so easy., I wouldn't hesiitate to stay here again! You will not be disappointed.

Our visit to Rome was absolutely wonderful. Lucia's property was first class. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and offered many amenities. It was also centrally located. Getting to the major sites was a very easy and delightful walk. There were also pastry & coffee shops, restaurants and general shopping just outside the door. Lucia was also very accommodating, she even arranged transportation from and to the airport for us. I highly recommend Lucia's apartment should you visit Rome. It was a tremendous experience.
