The Location is absolutely perfect restaurants nearby and very central walkable to all attractions. i guess location wise it cant get better.
It’s an old-style apartment on the second floor, so climbing the stairs with a stroller every time became difficult. The room layout is also a bit unusual, but it works well for a larger family: there are three single beds in the second room and a proper double bed in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is very small and not well equipped. We had to cook a lot more because we had an infant, but if your kids are older, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Dino arranged transportation to pick us up from the airport. Very convenient and his associate met us at the property and showed us how to enter. Apartment is right next door to a laundry mat. There is also a plaza filled with a market during the day ( souvenirs, shirts, produce) and then restaurants during the night. Short walk to traveste which is also hopping every night.
