Wonderful location near the Tiber and a beautiful Catholic church. Excellent gelato shop and bakery almost next door. Elevator, though very small, was great after a long day of sightseeing. We walked to all the main attractions, but that might be too much for some. We are not foodies, however there were many restaurants nearby and the one we tried was very good.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The manager Luigi was wonderful. He arranged our transfer from the airport, met us at the apartment, answered questions throughout or stay, and arranged transportation back to the airport.

Spacious apartment with all equipment needed. Location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions especially Trastevere where there is a great choice of places to eat. My daughter and I did indeed enjoy our stay.

This property exceeded our expectations. Luigi met us and provided us with very helpful property and surrounding location information. After I asked, Luigi arranged our transportation from the cruise port and then our ride to the airport. Our family of six adults and three teenagers were very comfortable on the property. We had originally questioned if two bathrooms would be sufficient, but we had no problems. The second bathroom’s shower stall was on the small side, but we had no issues. We enjoyed the property and would book this property again. Thank you Luigi.

The apartment is located between the Piazza Novona and the Trestevere neighborhood - very close to the Tiber River.
There is a taxi stand on the southern end of the bridge - a 3-5 minute walk away.
Doorman at apartment as described - nice man who kept track of people coming in/out of building.
The apartment is centrally located and within easy walking distance to so many sights around the city.
If we are able to get back to Rome, our family would stay in the apartment again.

We loved this apartment. Everything is properly represented in the description and pictures. Luigi was a terrific host and was available to answer any questions we had. He even arranged for our transportation back to the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again. This property was in a great location close to several main attractions. The property was as described online and Luigi was a great host who met us for check in. He was extremely nice and helped us with our luggage. Luigi also arranged for our private transportation back to the airport. We did not have any problems at all. Air conditioners worked really well and kept the rooms cold. This location was also close (5 minute walk across the bridge) to Testevere. We would stay there again. Thanks Luigi…

None to speak of - 4th floor (meaning 5 sets of stairs to climb if you dont take elevator)
We would highly recommend this place and the host/owner Luigi who is responsive/cares about the upkeep of the property. This is in a great location for us - close to Trastevere where there are so many options for dinner, access to a few markets to buy a few items like snacks, wine, fruit including one about 100 feet away, and somewhat central to a few of the largest tourist attraactions. We walked to many tourist attractions (Coliseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain, etc.) although some are a few km away.
Our host Luigi answered the questions we had and took care of issues. Each room has an AC unit, but two of these didnt work when we arrived. When I brought this to Luigi's attention at first he didnt know but then had me try a switch that was in one of the bedrooms and voila they worked perfectly!
We found the hairdryer to not be working and brought it to his attention that it could be a hazard. To us it wasnt an issue but the next day while we were out he replaced it! Luigi also arranged an airport xfer for us. Grazie!

This was an awesome stay!
First the host. Luigi is the best VRBO host we have ever encountered. Excellent with communication and aways trying to make sure our needs were met. He was also flexible with us as our travel plans changed a bit. He arranged rides to and from the airport and even met us in person for check in despite our late arrival at 2am.
The location is steps away from the walking bridge to the food and nightlife in Trastevere. Close enough to fully enjoy. Far enough to be quieter for sleeping.
The apartment is roomy and well-kept with great security, air cancelling windows, and all the amenities we needed. Located close to piazza Navona and the river. We walked to nearly all of the desired tourist locations.

Location: next door are grocery store where we shopped daily, gelateria, cheese shop, pastry shop, and fabulous leather store (wife/friends bought shoes, purses, backpacks, jackets!). Around the corner, hairstylist, dry cleaners, and laundromat. A block away, pedestrian bridge to Trastevere and endless restaurants, shopping and nightlife! Campo de Fiori and Jewish Ghetto only a few blocks away as are bus stops to go anywhere in Rome! We walked to The Pantheon and Piazza Navonna regularly because they were so close.
Apartment: Palatial, QUIET, clean and with all the amenities (including a/c)! 3 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen, living room with dining table and chairs. Elevator! And attendant in lobby. Secure and safe.
Host: Perhaps THE BEST feature of all. Luigi was like family - he was able to arrange door-to-door transportation to/from airport and port. Helped us find an official COVID test site for our cruise. Brought us delicious olive oil from his olive oil business! And because we stayed a month with various friends and family passing through, he helped orchestrate the cleaning service to ensure everyone had clean bedding and all was spic and span. Luigi set the standard for the perfect host who goes above and beyond the call of duty! He was responsive, friendly and easy to contact and work with.
Don’t stay anywhere else - this place is worth fighting for!

By far one of the best appartments in Rome. The location was perfect, walking distance to the monuments. Great locals to eat and drink at below the apartment and a supermarket right across the road. Luigi was an amazing host, met us at the apartment was very accommodating and explained absolutely everything and organised airport transfers for a great price. The apartment had plenty of room for all nine of us!

I can NOT say enough about what an amazing experience staying at Luigi's was. First of all...he is SO VERY KIND and SO helpful. Whenever I needed any reccomendations he was quick to respond, he changed our stay without any questions because of a flight issue, he was in touch throughout the stay to be sure we were comfortable.
The apartment was AMAZING!!! It was clean comfortable and in an AMAZING location. Walking distance from EVERY sight you could possibly see...AND a market right across the street with a delicious Gelato shoppe next door...not to mention a cheese shop at the end of the road. The views from the rooftop are magnificent and the area is very safe. We will be going back for sure and when we do, Luigi will be the first person we call. We will only stay in his apartment moving forward when in Rome.

Fantastic place to stay!!! The photos don’t do it justice…it’s gorgeous. It’s in a fabulous position, close to absolutely everything. The Coop supermarket is literally across the walkway and there’s a great gelato store a few doors down. The Trastevere area is just over the bridge with great restaurants. Luigi is an incredible host who attended to every question we had before we arrived and while we were there. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks so much Luigi

Great Apartment!
We’re a family of 8 traveling together with young children. Luigi met us at check in and was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and a great location for walking to all the sites. The air conditioning was wonderful as the temperatures in Rome have been near 100 degrees F. We will come back!

Great space in a great location!
Our 3 generation family (3 couples and 2 children) were very happy with this apartment! Luigi was FANTASTIC!! Our flight came in at 11:30pm- Luigi arranged for a van transport and he met us at the apartment to help us move in and show us some essentials! When we had questions he responded promptly! Plenty of room for 8 people to have space and relax! There was a grocery store right downstairs and we were able to pick up essentials to have breakfast together each morning! The air conditioning was awesome after walking in 90 degree weather! The location is GREAT- we walked to the Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi, and even Borghese! It is close to tons of delicious restaurants and has a great cafe next door for an espresso or cappuccino. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Luigi for opening your home to us!

Amazing Stay in Rome
Luigi was a fantastic host. He was accommodating and even arranged a private transfer for us from the airport. The apartment is clean, spacious, and right in the heart of the City. It is a short walk to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum and a short cab ride to the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Sistine Chapel. There are plenty of great, reasonable priced restaurants nearby, as well.

Luigi was the perfect host! His apartment was as advertised & located in a great spot within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Restaurants, shops, famous tourist attractions. He also helped us with transpiration from airport as well as train stations.

The apartment was just as listed. It was very comfortable and in a great location. 15 minute walk to Pantheon. 30 minute walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood was perfect, too - very close to Travestere which was a fun place for us to be in the evenings. Luigi met us on arrival and departure and was very easy to work with leading up to the trip. We highly recommend this apartment to others.

Luigi met us, booked our rides from the ship and to the airport when done. Property is centrally located. This neighborhood can be quite busy and noisy. The acoustic performance of the windows was excellent.

The location is the best for seeing all the sites in Rome. Ability to walk to all parts of Rome city center and especially Trastevere, the happening place for restaurants and bars! Apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and a very large kitchen. Very clean and comfortable for families or couples with 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Luigi, our host, was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. Very easy to communicate with to work out all details. Overall, great experience!!
