Renovated home with 5 large bedrooms, completely renovated kitchen, all new appliances (including washer dryer in mud room). New offstreet driveway for 6 cars, brand new 100 pound daily ice maker. New central air and heating, 2 zones. Gas fireplace. Large dining table, seats 10-12, coffee bar in kitchen and covered front porch. Firepit and new grill pad with new grill. NEW* Outdoor shower and foot washing station. In town location, walk to shops, restaurants, Farmers' Market, rental bikes and scooters. Short drive to beach. Chincoteague Island is a small quaint town with alot of charm. Home has puzzles, books and 5 TVs for rainy days.

We were visiting Black Narrows Brewery for an October Forest festival and celebrating 5 years cancer free. The house was perfect and a short walk to the brewery. We brought food, cooked, enjoyed the fire pit and the great friendships. Wonderful stay!

Loved that there was a dining table with room for all eleven of us as well as enough seating in the living room for a family movie.
Since the owners provide towels I would suggest a couple of dishtowels for the kitchen. Also I was surprised that there was no large pot for corn, crabs, etc.

We stay on Chincoteague at least once or twice a year and this home was by far the best spot! A walk from just about everything, very clean and very spacious. There wasn’t a great picture to feature the living/family room but it was very spacious. We will definitely be booking again!

My family can from as far away as Texas and Florida to meet in Chincoteague. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well-stocked. It was close to everything, but yet, we had privacy too. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor shower was a big hit. Thank you for a great week!

This house was everything we could have hoped for. The ice machine and outdoor shower were necessities for beach life. The grill, fire pit nice touches. Having five bedrooms was great for privacy for a big group. We thought the tv's were important when booking but there was so much to do, I think we only watched one movie the whole week. The kitchen was super well stocked and loved the coffee bar. Big comfy sectional good for a crowd. The island is a great vacation spot. Zero complaints from a group of nine of us.

This place was even better than expected. My family and I stayed here for a week (ages 23-83) for our 13th year vacationing at the Island and enjoyed every second of it. It was extremely clean and the outdoor shower was an absolute favorite of the house as we spent most of the week at the beach. The location was perfect as it was right in the center of everything we wanted to do there like mini golf, walking on Main Street, and getting ice cream! Joe and Selene were very responsive and excellent hosts. If we had any questions or concerns Joe was there to help in any way he could. My family and I are looking forward to staying here again next year!! Thanks Joe and Selene!

The house was very clean and spacious for me and my 4 friends. The backyard is a great space to eat and enjoy the fire pit. The location was also great as it was far enough away to be nice and quiet but still easy walk to some great dining options. Overall the listing was very accurate, communication was easy and fast, and the house made our stay very comfortable and inviting.

Love this house…old time Chincoteague with modern conveniences, including coffee bar, ice machine and a great outdoor shower. Very comfortable family room for gathering of family and lots of comfy blankets to burrow under during rainy days. It’s our new favorite house.

This house is well-maintained, and a great place to stay. Within walking distance to some of our favorite places (Island Creamery, Sandy Pony Donuts).
The rooms are spacious, and accommodate a large party well. The industrial ice machine and outdoor shower are nice touches that help make beach trips convenient.
A great place to stay, and we would book again in the future.

This older house on Chincoteague has been renovated and updated just enough that we were very comfortable during our stay, while still enjoying the character and charm of an older house. Remodeled kitchen, ice maker, and outdoor shower were the difference makers for the week! Joe was great to work with!

We loved having our family and friends stay at this location! The house is gorgeous, and is walking distance to Island Creamery (the best!!) and restaurants along the bay. This is rare for Chincoteague!! Only downsides was that 1 bedroom was missed in the cleaning process when we checked in, but there was laundry detergent and facilities provided in-home, so an easy fix, and 1 bathtub has less than stellar drainage (we all shared the downstairs shower). The town fumigates downtown, making the outside of the home enjoyable - also a rarity for Chincoteague! Other family members stayed at other rental properties on the island, this was the best.

House is beautiful and property owners are great people. This is our 2nd year at this house and we really like the place. The owners treat us very well and always say just call if you need anything. We love that we can bring our pet there also. There is even a foot washing station and an outdoor shower for after the beach. We will probably stay there again when we go back to the island.

Beautiful and clean property that easily accommodated our four adults and six kids. Great location with an easy drive to the beach and walkable to restaurants. Owner called after a power outrage in town to make sure everything was ok. Would stay again and recommend.

Been visiting Chincoteague since 2015 and staying at VRBO/HomeAway and other rentals around the country since 2001. Very impressed with attention to detail in caring for the guests. Rented 3 places on the island since October 2022. We travel with our 18lb, non-shedding Cavachon and this is the best pet-friendly place we've rented by far.

Gotta say, even though it was December and we couldn’t take advantage of some of the amenities like the outdoor shower or grill, we did enjoy the fire pit! The inside was more than adequate sized for our large family gathering. This house is exceptionally clean with interesting decor. Bathrooms are dated, but they were clean. You might want to bring your own towels or extra towels (especially hand and kitchen towels-as these were not provided, but paper towel worked). Huge dining table for large families. And, comfortable and clean seating for 10 in the living room -with room to add more chairs. Much appreciation to the owners to allow pets. We brought our dog and it’s a great walking neighborhood. Note- yard is not completely fenced in, it’s open on the sides/front. Very short walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this house! Thanks for having us!

This vacation home is truly above and beyond. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Location is fantastic! The house is meticulously clean, very nice furnishings, well appointed bedrooms with comfy beds, super stocked new kitchen, coffee bar, gas fireplace to keep you cozy on chilly nights or rainy days. There’s a really nice laundry room. We got the feeling that almost everything was brand new. I think it’s more because this home is so exceptionally well maintained. And…… there’s an ice maker machine in the laundry room! I think it makes somewhere near 100 lbs of fresh ice cubes! But wait, there’s more. Really nice closed in front porch. So comfortable. A fabulous grill in the back yard and a fire pit that the owners had ready to use, firewood and all. Amazing, amazing couple are the owners and they respond immediately for any questions. We enjoyed this home immensely. Really nice lawn surrounds the property. Outside shower great! Even a little separate wash station for doggy feet!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is on a quiet street that is conveniently located to everything in town. The house was very clean and well kept. With an awesome outdoor shower and entertainment space. The property owner is very friendly and helping and was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be booking a stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend at Chincoteague, thanks in part to this great house! Beautiful updated kitchen, perfect location, super clean, huge living room with sofas for a group. The outdoor shower is great. Joe was also super helpful when we had a minor issue checking in. We had 10 people and the house was big enough - wouldn’t recommend any more. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the location of the property! 1.5 blocks from stores, makes it easy for individuals to bike into town if they'd like to. Large drive way. Neighbors were very quiet and a good distance, made it nice for the dogs because they weren't on high alert from hearing voices all day. Great back yard with and AMAZING outdoor shower, family was fighting over who got to use it. Spacious kitchen and Livingroom made good areas to hang out and entertain. Central AC worked great. Home owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. Linens and towels were provided for all beds and 10 people which was greatly apprecitated because it was less for us to pack. Would love to stay here again sometime in the near future ❤

This cozy coastal cottage is perfection! It’s perfectly located within minutes of Maddox Blvd and the beach. The house had great character and was unassumingly spacious! The outdoor shower is an absolute delight! We will be back!

We were very pleased with our stay here! The property manager Joe was fantastic. We had a little issue with the fridge and I contacted him and he had a appliance guy out same day. (Luckily nothing major). The house was fantastic, the setting was fantastic and it's definitely in a fantastic area. We will definitely be coming to this house again next year!

Great place to stay in Chincoteague
We had a wonderful time here, the house was clean, roomy, and had a very well stocked kitchen everything you would need for a long stay. Was great to have a washer and dryer. I think the outdoor shower was almost the best part though! It was awesome to be able to rinse sand off everything before going into the house. Nice backyard too firepit with wood, a propane grill, and lawn chairs. Would definitely recommend, host was easy to contact with any questions.
