Situated in Cocoa Beach, this attractive house for $360 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Sunset Paradise in Cocoa Beach FL. Come and experience what Florida is all about in this 5 bedrooms- 4 full bath house on a deep water canal (home has been completely remodeled). The oversize pool deck provides plenty of room for entertaining while others soak up the Florida sun in or around the pool. You are welcome to fish off the dock or simply enjoy the sunset with an occasional dolphin or manatee swimming by. The absolute best thing about this home is how spacious it is. Making alone time just as easy has hanging with a large group. Main house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two family rooms, huge well stocked kitchen. The apartment upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and again a well stocked kitchen- You are going to LOVE sitting on the spacious top deck overlooking the water and fenced in backyard. Let's not forget the neighborhood playground right next door and the beach is only a few blocks away. If you find you want to explore the area there is lots to do. Visit Kennedy Space Center- Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary- Cocoa Beach is just over the causeway where the famous local surfer (Ron) created surfboards out of his van and turned it into an empire- Ron Jon's Surf Shop. Port Canaveral is also an easy drive to watch the cruise ships come and go. Some additional information: At this time we cannot offer early check-ins or late check outs. This will ensure housekeeping has enough time to clean-disinfect and sanitize.

Overall the house was very nice. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and I found the bed to be too soft and the pillows were too flat. Also this is the first house that I have stayed in that didn’t have coffee filters that fit in their coffee pot or some spices like salt and pepper. But overall, loved the neighborhood.

We sent four gentleman to work at cape canaveral for a month. Two shift a day. They were tired when they got home and it was a perfect spot for them to relax after long days of work

The location is great, a quiet neighbourhood but only minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. A lovely outdoors with pool and boardwalk. Inside there is everything needed and is clean and spacious. The first floor annex is great for groups with a varied age range!

Great experience! We had teenage boys that enjoyed having their own space in the upstairs apartment. There is a park directly next to the house which is nice during the day but we found visitors later in the evening after the park was closed. No issues but something to watch. The main house was spacious with lots of room for the adults. The pool was great with lots of birds and wildlife to watch while enjoying the sun. We had one issue with the master shower overflowing into the bathroom. The management staff was very responsive but they were unable to fix it during our stay. Seemed like a bigger issue as a result of how the bathroom was remodeled.

Property is very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to observe dolphins and manatees from the park next store. Conveniently located to lots of things to do while still being a quiet neighborhood.

This house suited our needs for our large family! So much room and space for all. The layout was perfect with 2 living areas, plenty of bedrooms and a great kitchen. Our family likes to cook so a well stocked kitchen is essential - this exceeded our expectations. The separate upstairs apartment was perfect for the parents - extremely soundproof from the downstairs. Lastly, the location is 5 stars. Such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Being at the end of the street and right next to a playground was ideal for the kids. Fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins definitely adds to the the 5 star rating. I would highly recommend this gem.

Although we had some difficulty checking in on the day of our reservation due to the tropical storm, we only lost one day (and were told we would be refunded one night stay). We spent 3 days with family and friends. The accommodations were better than expected with only a few flaws. Due to our visit, we fully anticipate several of our family members making future reservations at this home. We were very comfortable and will consider a return stay in the future as well.

This house had everything needed for a great vacation. Lots of extras in the kitchen and even some beach items not listed (Chairs, toys etc). The access to the water provided enjoyment for wildlife watching (we saw fish, dolphin, various birds, etc) all from the back yard. The house was clean and spacious. Thanks for a great week!!!

Spacious is the best word to describe this house. It could sleep more. Beware of the size of the beds. There are no king beds! The full beds are very tight for two people.
