Very centrally located
No provisions provided at all - needed to go and buy, tea, coffee, milk, etc.
I can understand the difficulty in cooling an apartment, which faces the sun in an unseasonable warm summer. But, oh boy the apartment was very hot and despite running the fan and the air conditioner (which was very noisy) for 24 hours per day, the apartment did not really cool down much.
I also suggest just leaving some instructions on how to use A/C and TV as it took a bit of work.

We liked the property location in the downtown area and close to public transport, a nearby supermarket, restaurants and bars.
In addition the property was tastefully decorated with personal touches.
The property seemed over heated by either the building heating system and/or the weather during our stay.
The noise and numbers of emergency vehicles during the night.
