This 4br/3ba oceanfront condo is located in the coveted Wrightsville Dunes community and is the perfect spot for you next Wrightsville Beach getaway. The bright and open floorplan offers incredible ocean views and includes a large living area with plenty of space to spread out and kick back after a fun filled day on the beach. The dining table has seating for 6 and is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together while sharing stories of the day’s adventures. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities of home and offers bar seating for 4. Step out onto the covered oceanfront deck to feel the ocean breezes, listen to the waves crash, and watch the dolphins swim by. The oceanfront master suite bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, direct access out to the deck, smart TV and an attached bathroom with dual vanities plus a separate jetted tub and shower. Wake up and step right out your bedroom door to see the sunrise over the ocean. The queen master bedroom offers marsh views, direct access to the marsh side deck, and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom on the main level includes another queen bed and access to a private balcony overlooking the marsh. Head upstairs and you’ll find the loft offering 2 twin beds, ocean views, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace including a desk and monitor. Kick back by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet, a natural shoreline filled with shells and island wildlife. Azure Waves has access to the building elevator and comes with two parking spots for your convenience. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** Parking instructions: 2 assigned parking spots in front of garage labeled 3D. Park one vehicle behind the other. Parking passes are required and will be left on the kitchen counter. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach cruiser bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! We loved staying with our family here. It was the perfect accommodations for our aging parents with a working elevator and all the bedrooms on the same level as the living area. Our son loved the loft area. Upon entering the condo there is an immediate view of the ocean waves which brought a feeling of relaxation and peace. Close to everything, grocery store and restaurants. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed, including paper products and cleaning products. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The condo was updated clean and beautifully decorated The beach was quiet the water was a beautiful pale blue color with clean white sand Beautiful clean pool Definitely would go again Only complaint would be not enough towels they supplied us with one towel and washcloth per person

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. It was exactly as pictured. Beach chairs and a wagon were a huge plus! Location was on a quiet end of Wrightsville Beach. We loved our stay!

The place was pristine as I would hope for a property literally on the beach. I felt at home enough to dive into my bed (I am a germaphobe so this a saying a lot) which was functionable enough after a day of play at the beach. Family room couch needs some cushioning but it looked nice. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils in particular. The only thing that I wish was possible at this property is access to a grill. I am not a big fan of electric stoves but that was not the primary pull for the visit. I loved the beach toys made available for the one toddler in my family present - that was helpful! Neighbors were nice too! Very charming! Will come again!
