This boutique concrete building includes a concierge, fitness room, and bike storage. We are proud to offer a 'honeymoon package', or 'romance package'. These may include chilled champagne toast on arrival, fresh flowers in your room, and delicious chocolates or strawberries. Clean and very well stocked with nearly everything! Streaming services on the tv, very comfy bed, and two washrooms makes for a lovely stay. Iman and Ashley were more than accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Owner was so flexible and met us even though we didn’t arrive until 1 am. Great location with great views and people watching! AC available through open window. Would definitely stay here again and again. Jacuzzi tub was a lifesaver for sore feet walking the paths! Beautiful rose petals on the bed when we arrived. So thoughtful. Loved it!

Amazing experience! We are on our honeymoon and Iman offered a honeymoon package. The whole place was set up perfectly for our honeymoon. So many little details. We arrived an hour early and Ashley met us at lobby to give us our keys and fobs. She went over everything and showed us where to park. Which was very safe and secure. The whole area was perfect for a getaway. It was quiet and walking distance to restaurants, the Seawall, water taxi, and the grocery store was only a few blocks away. Iman is a wonderful host. He checked in everyday through message to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. They were testing the fire alarms one day, and he let us know before they came to test them. Definitely will return in the future.

Cool layout and excellent views for a building eight stories tall. Quiet building. More than enough space for two. TONS of mindful amenities and neighborhood recommendations provided by the owners. The furnishings could be more comfortable. Pretty sure I bruised a rib on account of the bed; it’s dated and lumpy. A/C nice to have but at a cost; the model lends to wasps and such entering the unit because of the open window. Bring your epi-pen. Windows could probably use replacement. Although quiet, affluent looking neighborhood there is lots of ambient noise from birds, people, traffic, one could hear plenty of noise even though bedroom windows are closed. Pretty sure there is a non malicious ghost in this unit.

Manager was helpful, easy checkin, loved the views from our place, Granville island one block to catch water taxi. Great coffee shop close, sea wall walking path, free parking, the apartment had everything you needed and more. Check things out before you shop. It might be there. We did a lot of our own cooking. Check out the Granville market first.

Iman is an amazing host! We wanted for nothing while staying at this property. The condo is wonderfully appointed with every amenity you could need. The location is perfect if you want to visit Granville Island or Yaletown or any downtown restaurant or attraction. The bed is especially comfortable. We will be staying here again!

A nice place in a great town. This place is near False Creek Inlet. It had lots of windows and a view of Grandville Island. Walking to most parts of downtown was between 10 and 20 minutes. The unit was plenty big for my wife and myself. The kitchen was small but adequate and stocked well with pots, pans and a food items. The small dining space was delightful, with a view even. We could lounge in the living room after a day walking around town and were quite comfortable. A big king bed along with the two bathrooms made for a great stay. Our host was there to meet us. He made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly when we needed to communicate with him.

We enjoyed a wonderful week there. Iman was quick to respond when we arrived. It wasn’t quite like we expected. The jacuzzi was a bathtub. Over all we were very comfortable. I would recommend booking this place.
