Location, breakfast

The staff were very polite and helpful.
The room is decent size and the breakfast was pretty good. Location not so far from the center.
The interior is a bit outdated. The first day they curtains were ripped letting the light in.
The toilet didn't flush and they fix it straight away but there was a damp smell for the whole time.
I'd say for a 4 star hotel facilities should be way better.
No restaurant to eat.
Beds were small and the pillow was hard rock.

Nothing at all
As a frequent travel and again my wish i have to say they should learn how to take care of their customers way better than they do. I request to provide some breakfast before their ridiculous time (8.30-10) to allow me to grab some bite before hiking but looked also annoyed for my request.
Reception is very bad and if you are looking good customer service is not the place for you
$$$$
