Месторасположение, вид на Арарат и панорама на город. Отличный персонал, 24/7 работающий ресепшен, вкусные завтраки!
Рядом строятся дома, стройка довольна шумная, мы читали комментарии ранее и знали об этом,нас это не беспокоило, но кому то может мешать, это нужно учитывать . Есть пожелание поменять квадратный стол в номере на более узкий и продолговатый, пространство в разы увеличится

Labai gera lokacija. Naujai suremontuota. Paslaugus personalas. Viskuo pasirūpinta, yra rankšluosčiai, muilas, šampūnas.
Statybos po langais iki 23 val. Ir ryte nuo 8.00. Kai važiuodavome ì ekskursijas, tai ok, bet nuėjus ankščiau miegoti prieš skrydį užmigti nebepavyko.. pusė nakties nebuvo elektros. Kondicionierius neveikė, lango neatsidarysi nes statybos.. ir dar, labai plonos durys, viskas girdisi kiaurai.

The hotel itself is nice, and our room was spacious with a large balcony. The staff member working at reception in the evening was polite and genuinely tried to help us. Eventually, he came to our room himself and cleaned the blocked shower drain, which we appreciated.
I would also like to give credit to the hotel management for how they handled my complaint afterwards. They took the time to review what had happened, acknowledged that the situation had not been handled properly during our stay, and ultimately resolved my complaint in a professional and fair manner. I genuinely appreciate their response.
Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by the condition of the room and the way the situation was initially handled.
The shower drain was completely blocked, causing the bathroom floor to flood. There was also no shower gel in the dispenser, and the main ceiling light was flickering heavily.
I reported the problems to reception and asked to change rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. I was then told that the shower could only be fixed the following morning — despite the fact that we were staying for just one night and leaving the next morning.
After about an hour, the receptionist eventually came to our room and cleaned the blocked drain himself. It took around 10 minutes. I genuinely appreciate his effort, but this made the initial suggestion of waiting until the next morning even more frustrating.
A shower drain blocked with hair and an empty shower-gel dispenser should have been noticed when the bathroom was cleaned and checked before our arrival. Problems can happen in any hotel, but the room should have been properly prepared. While the situation during our stay was disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel management later took my complaint seriously and resolved the matter professionally.
