Raimo is amazing and the property was wonderful. The only reason this property is a 10/10 is because you can’t give a higher score! He deserves a 12!
This was our first time in Ischia and this was a perfect location. Breakfast was fresh and great every morning.

Situated in an incredible location right by the sea, with access to an almost private beach, the accommodation offers great comfort. We made good use of the stand-up paddleboard while we were on the water, as it was possible to paddle all around the bay. A kayak was also available. Breakfast was always excellent, featuring croissants, cheeses, ham, fruits, bruschetta, fresh juice, and more. Everything was delicious.
Raimo handled our transfers to and from the port, and gave us an overview of the island upon our arrival; he was always available to answer questions or get us anything we might need. There was a bus stop right in front of the path to the acommodation.
The path up to the accommodation is quite steep, though I imagine that’s the case all over the island. Anyway, Raimo helped transport the luggage up and down using his scooter upon arrival and departure.

My husband and I booked our stay at Nelinda Waterfront looking to relax, swim, sleep in, eat etc and we got to do all of those things and so much more.
We didn’t realise all the amazing places to see and things to do in and around Ischia but thanks to our amazing host, Raimo, we got to experience so much more on our trip. He provided us with an endless list of local restaurants to try around the island (the ones we were able to get to the food was always incredible), historical sites to visit, beaches etc and also so easily setup a scooter hirer for our time on the island and a boat hire for us.
Raimo and his wife are beautiful people who provide you with the most amazing accommodation and make you feel so comfortable and welcome at their property. They serve up a wonderful breakfast every morning which never disappoints and are happy to have a chat.
If you are looking at visiting Ischia do not skip staying at Nelinda Waterfront. We will definitely be returning :)

Look no further—book this waterfront gem! As travelers, my husband and I are always searching for unique and memorable places to stay, and this one easily ranks among our absolute favorites.
Raimo inherited this beautiful waterfront property from his grandmother, Nelinda, and you can immediately tell how much this place means to him and his family. The property is incredibly well cared for, the garden is beautiful, and the peaceful waterfront views are simply gorgeous. There’s something truly special about the atmosphere here.
Raimo is an exceptional host who genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. His warmth and generosity made us feel incredibly welcome. As a host myself, I know how much effort goes into creating this kind of experience, and I can honestly say that this level of hospitality is rare.
And the breakfast—absolutely incredible! Raimo is a fantastic chef and prepares delicious Italian tapas every morning, accompanied by fresh pastries, dairy products, fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was such a wonderful way to start each day.
Raimo, we cannot thank you and your family enough for such a memorable stay. Thank you for your generosity, your time, and for making us feel so welcome. You have created something truly special here, and your grandmother would surely be incredibly proud to see how lovingly you care for her home and for every guest who comes through your doors.
We feel very lucky to have discovered this beautiful place, and we will absolutely be back. Grazie mille! ❤️
